At the time that info was reported it was thought he was signing with the Eskimos.And if you read the tweet I posted from the Als official feed, they say 2 years. One of those "2 years" might include remainder of this year.

Interesting thought, might actually come down to insurance coverage or the CBA. if he did injure himself playing basketball or building a birdhouse would he be eligible to go on the 6-game? Da'rel Scott ended up on the 6 game IR after hurting his back working out in the weight room. Not the same as building a birdhouse, but not really football related either.

I'd like to know what Walters offered him and how far apart the two offers were. I'd also like to know if he chose Montreal because of money or some other reason.Most of his family is in Montreal so I'm sure that was a factor.

They are at 35k?I highly doubt that. They hold back lots of tickets and release those as tickets are sold.

I was slammed repeatedly by Mr. Dee, WBBFan, Rich, Mike and a few others for talking nonsense, being preposterous and whimsical, why I couldn't be a professional football coach for suggesting that it would have been wise for our head coach to have thrown that challenge flag on that play to slow everything down. Now it's confirmed he agrees. So I'm assuming these same posters will direct their wrath at our Head Coach now for the exact same criticisms they directed towards me. Lots of know it all "experts" on these boards.
