  1. Andre turd and 1 is THE best.
  2. I would suggest the stumps have the crappiest stadium beyond just our league. Its incredibly embarrassing and it has nothing to do with my dislike of this team.
  3. BLM should be charged with attempted murder on Tuck. Jeez man.
  4. Yup it was an outstanding catch. Ho hum says the announcers.
  5. Not what I read but facts will come out in the end. Lives ruined.
  6. By a suspected drunk driver. Ffs.
  7. Yea I don't follow closely what he and his team does but I'm assuming he and his team are focusing most of their efforts into strengthening our product on and off the field to build a bigger fanbase/viewership/sponsorship/etc. ergo $$$$? I'm thinking having a lively discussion on the rouge rule is not part of that main effort needed. Oh you got rid of that rouge rule? Yes? Oh in that case here's my money.
  8. Yup that's why it would be nice if Zach could mimic in some way what Anthony Calvillo did so good and get that ball out quick to his receivers.
  9. From the Daily Faceoff story from Hunter Crowther A week after the Pittsburgh Penguins acquired 2022 first-round pick Rutger McGroarty from the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for 2023 first-round pick Braden Yager, the newest Penguins prospect spoke with reporters in Pittsburgh on Wednesday. When a reporter asked McGroarty directly why he didn’t want to go Winnipeg, the 20-year-old gave a direct answer, albeit one that might have been short on details. “My agents talked to them, then I talked to them, and I wanted to be upfront and honest with them, and tell them I wasn’t going to be signing for them,” McGroarty said. “I got nothing but respect for those guys. They handled it with a lot of class. And I wish them nothing but the best.” Shortly after the trade, McGroarty signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Penguins, ending his NCAA career with the University of Michigan, where he spent the last two seasons. He scored 34 goals and 57 assists for 92 points in 75 games. He announced in April he would return to Michigan for the 2024-25 season, and reports out of Winnipeg indicated he and the Jets did not agree on his developmental path. However, now signed with Pittsburgh, he says he can’t wait to begin his professional career. “I feel like everything’s right here – the development path, the veteran guys that they have, the organization that they have and the town as well,” McGroarty said. “I went to a (Pittsburgh) Pirates game on Monday, like, the sports town atmosphere is unbelievable. “I feel like I come to the rink every single day, work extremely hard and do everything with intent, and then hopefully drag other guys across the line with you and help them get better,” he added. As a transplanted Manitoban that I am knowing sport is a far second to the real life stuff so I'm not taking this at all seriously but for fun putting my hardcore Jet and Bomber fan face on for a second, this was not a direct answer and this young man might need a bit of humble pie fed to him. Cockiness is sometimes confused with confidence imho. Fill your boots if you think this is great leadership but I think he thinks he knows way more than he actually knows. I know I know shocking a 20 year old young man thinking they have all the answers. I have one of those 20 year old sons of my own at home. I'm liking Yager more and more. Go Jets. Penguins suck.
  10. Not with you on this one. Then why have one if it becomes normalized in breaking it? Looks like its just for show. I think it should be more of you go over the cap you will pay dearly for doing that. Right now teams don't even think twice cuz they ain't paying dearly for it.
  11. Yup get in his kitchen quick. Don't let him become comfy.
  12. Wow that puts things into perspective.
  13. All time best QB in the CFL until of course he gets to about the opponents 40 to 30 yard line.
  14. Yup can't say that old mantra next man up with any confidence.
  15. So when we look at ZC and AB in their current abilities, is there equal levels of confidence in having them on the field? Imo AB (whom I love) is showing more regression than ZC (whom I also love). What do the real experts think?
  16. Shocking said no one ever. Hope he comes back to the CFL but not looking forward to the potential storyline TSN cooks up to pump his tires. Looking forward to seeing him with his palms up then fighting like a seven year old with an Olineman after the whistle.
  17. I like it. As the saying goes, put the ball in the hands of the playmakers.
  18. I’ll see your B.C and raise you the Argos.
  19. What a great half time show. Have the strippers unveil the ring of honor.
  20. I'm wondering who is on our qb prospects radar in the next 1-3 years on top of any qb we may recycle from another CFL team once its clear Zach is saying bye bye.
  21. So weird seeing the west like this.
  22. This is a very confusing post. After using technology to determine the right call, you just clumped the black and white calls into the grey calls. Doesn't work that way. That’s like clumping the statement orange is a better colour than red with the statement 1 +1 = 2 after verifying their accuracies.
  23. In this case I don’t blame the field judge. It was a very quick bang bang play. But as I’ve said this is exactly why they introduced a coaching challenge into the game. But there is obviously something very amiss with what is happening in the Command Control which is baffling cuz it ain’t that complicated most times. Technology if used appropriately is a good thing.
  24. TSN needs to work on better diversifying when marketing our great game ie use Rourke but temper it with equal focus on other players and other great aspects of the game and just drive home these messages constantly to help attract more bums in the seats and increase sponsorships so I don’t fill like killing myself after seeing the save on commercials over and over and over again.
