I think it's more twofold: 1) He ridicules, threatens, mocks, lies about varying types people that knuckle draggers absolutely enjoy and get really pumped up about: 2) His hateful soul mirrors their hateful soul. 99.9 percent of us think we are overall good decent people and it's 'those people' that are hateful, immoral and bad.
