Key to the win has to be pressure by the Bombers up the middle to flush Rourke out where he can be rushed and horizontalized.

Loved it!!! Maier just does not seem to have the tools or command presence to lead a team through tough times and Dickenson's antics on the sidelines have to be embarrassing to the players.

Why would he undergo counselling when he obviously does not need it (in his mind). He is a victim of an arbitrary and vengeful system. Apart from the CBA, he could (theoretically) pursue redress in a civil action- but that would take months if not years to be heard.

He's not a lumbering D-lineman and I've seen him chase down a few people. In any case, Rourke is no speed demon and Kramdi ought to be fast enough.

I have become quite disenchanted about the Bomber player moves which seem to be even worse than last season. If someone needs to be tasked to chase Rourke, we have Kramdi who is fast and tough. No reason to bring Haba on for that reason and demote Adams who has been a bright spot this year.

Backing into the playoffs with a mediocre record and because the other western teams are worse is pretty much a guarantee of an early playoff exit (probably in a humiliating fashion) or choking out in the Grey Cup game for the third straight time. Bombers need to leave a trail of destruction in their wake from here on.

Maccochia(sp?) and Maas have turned a team that was a loser on the field and against all odds, have made them a powerhouse through smart signings and good coaching and management. I would have bet against them, but here they are- the class of the league.

Better than most of the other crap on TV in summer.
