Ex-Bombers around the league
Please, please don't ever suggest that, ever again!! Not a bad idea, we can call it Etcherville. I can make a pile of cash selling t-shirts from the trunk of my LeBaron! Aka my house....

Calgary vs BC
This is rational strategic thinking. The Bombers would have improved their playoff chances dramatically if they would have "deprived" BC of Kevin Glenn's services. With Glenn as their "permanent" backup BC will cruise into the playoffs even if Lulay does not contribute this year. The Bombers will have to pray for weaker teams to fall but that at best is a long shot this year. Then they deprive our Willy of valuable playing time. Lets get the ball rolling on a real Q.B. not a stop gap that gets us into the playoffs (maybe) only to falter when the chips are down. #wedeservearealstarternow.

Calgary vs BC
I am starting to really like my Willy.

Calgary vs BC
Calgary needs to look hard at who is fitting their pants. If they added about two inches to the top they would still be about an inch short for some players. #moonin U

Only 22,500 tickets sold for home opener
Winnipegers will only support winning teams? Last time we had a winner it only took me 4 minutes to shave my back. Having said that maybe people have just given up......

Only 22,500 tickets sold for home opener
Why should Friday be any different from every other day? My point is that it would be easier being hungover on a Saturday when your not at work. Yeah and my point is that when you are showing up for work with a hangover every day, Friday doesn't really matter. Yea, I guess for the alcoholics, it doesn't really matter... As a teen I always thought I would end up a sexaholic not an alcoholic. Funny what marriage does to a guy.

Michael who? Anyways Wayne says that is what they budgeted for???? I guess the budget predicted a huge loss this season. Our marketing stinks, they should have been pumping this game hard as soon as they knew there was not going to be a strike. The Bomber way, ya gotta save money to make money....

Good article by Doug Brown
Or as my grandmother used to say "Ukrainian strong". Of course, we'd always add "Smell doesn't count".... You don't meet many Ukrainians anymore. Seems everyone wants to be Irish these days. What's with that?

Brohm passes Hall on the depth chart?
Hopefully he does not throw a fit.........and have it picked off. That would be embarrassing.

are the most out of touch people on the planet. They really don't seem to know anything other than it's not fair that some people have more than they do so **** those people. "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other peoples money" Baroness Thatcher. are the most out of touch people on the planet. Capitalism took a huge kick in the groin, showing its flaws as well. Funny how fast the hands come out when the glove is on the other foot.

CBA details coming out now
Could definitely see this kind of thing going on in Saskatchewan Well I lived there and they don't take kindly to people who marry outside the family. I guess there could be enough American brothers and cousins and such but that adds an extra hurdle us Manitobans don't have.

Does marriage help speed up the process? I am sure there are enough single guys on here to marry up an o-line and a few extra to cover injuries ASAP.

Cyclist killed in collision while en-route to game on Monday
Yes on the new construction it is the time to add bike lanes but I was driving Downtown on McDermot (?) and I looked and realised there was a bike lane painted in. There is no way two vehicles and a bike could go three wide if the bike was in the middle or to the left of the lane. And yes again, who cares about bikes on the sidewalk over bridges as long as they are not coming up fast behind people walking, once again common sense. If you want to ticket stand at any red light Downtown and catch everyone on a bike creeping up on a red passing cars along the curb. Bet you catch 99.9% I have yet to see a person wait their turn at the back of the line. And hand signals, yes from people on motorcycles not from people on bikes, if it is the law nobody does that either.

Cyclist killed in collision while en-route to game on Monday
Well, it was a terrible accident and nobody deserves to die. But rarely do you see a person on a bike follow the rules of the road, stop signs, red lights even if the stop they creep along side to the front of the line and you end up having to pass the same person 10 times over in traffic. Those bike lanes are a joke, take a road that was barely able to handle 2 cars then paint a line and make it for 2 cars and a bike? That is a big thinker kind of idea.
