win....if we need to win despite of this or that....so be it....as we have had to before....but that well is slowly running dry and as we have seen...we cant overcome like 2..3 yrs ago....that being said...I feel pretty good about this game ZC is gonna be dialed in, and we are gonna see a couple things on both sides of the ball that we will ask ourselves "where the fack has that been all year?!!?!?"

weighted for the whole season I would say Griffin has been in our top 4 defenders If I'd have to rank them for over all season I'd say Nichols....Ford...Griffin...Woods....Bonds.....if Garbutt played whole yr he would have put a real solid rookie season together and it would have flowed to WJ who for all arguments sake had a solid yr....and was used in an odd manner....His holding back playing pass lane disruptor was by scheme....not his free lancing or taking plays off But with WJ...and Nichols as the older vets thats 5 other solid pieces to work with moving forward....and thats not including Fox..Lawson...Adams...Ayers....Person....and Jones.....regardless if we pick up a free agent or find some gem in our scouting/draft we have the makings for a legit defence already....and when camp breaks and another guy makes it impossible to not roster...even better The way I see it Thomas...Biggie...Wilson....BA....Schmeck don't even need to be in camp.....purge that salary and allocate it elsewhere...

he seemed to slowly got on board with that last half of season....so I have a positive feel for ZC going into the WF...

I just think in the makeup of the CFL salary structure....and the limited roster any contract...for anyone really that is in excess of 500..550k is just not a good move and the bang not worth the buck, Such a fine line between allowing for nice accessory talent to compliment it, let alone have sustained roster continuity with proven vets in their prime when you start breeching 500k a yr. You see it often in the CFL where a team has to rob Peter to pay Paul and you have a deficient roster We got lucky here with guys taking less to allow for an excessive vet laden roster....but thats not the norm, and likely won't see that again in the amount of guys, and the size of shave guys left on the table And especially if you aren't a team that is hugely successful with draft/scouting to find top end entry level guys....you riding a slippery slope paying a QB 700k+ and then trying to lock in a couple guys to throw too that are top tier and gonna cost you likely 200k each per yr at minimum if you lucky....and thats not even factoring in 5 quality oline guys to protect that asset. And oh yeah...what about your defense??? 700K+ NEXT yr and over 800k the following....if that not a lead anchor I don't know what is

BA I can see....and he came on pretty well this yr save for a few wtf's tackling....and his experience back there be big....but as much as I love Wilson...that be a dumb move to bump off Ayers....or god forbid Griffin....or one the import dline guys...who may be a big reason we win this weekend. He will not be game ready.....rusty as hell....and who knows if he actually healthy enough to last the entire game? And if BA comes in and it allows for Kelly coming in instead of Hallett for the times we go that 7th db scheme...thats a win right there...Hallett is awful in that role...he's a pure ST guy and that all he should be

I wouldn't put any weight into if Osh says they are "healthy" as we have seen what...5....6 "healthy" guys the last 2 playoff runs hurt us severely. Also....neither will be in any game condition at all....and thats cardio wise....vision wise and most importantly physically/tackling wise...addition of either or both at this point would be ...again a huge coaching gaff Only player I would insert fresh is Person's solely for the unknown factor with him as a rotation piece...that and the fact I think he has the best all around skill set of any of our ends

I'd give advantage to the Riders on DL....soley based on what we doing with ours....which I think is a bit flawed and the fact we will give Thomas and Schmeck reps DB's....Easily us as we had best unit in league all yr...even with alltime CFL Great Milligan....Prob the worst overall unit in the CFL LB's a wash....but I think we have more versatility with ours Punter....Riders....Place Kicker.....Us QB's....close....but I going with who has got it done before even if they were not lights out...ZC has won...Trevor Harris has not I Give us the RB edge, easy decision there I also think we have the edge in the WR's....Sask has some pieces, but I don't really see a game changer/difference maker...Any team with a Lawler...has that...and you also have a proven Demski riding shotgun....I'd go with that....and tho we havnt seen a lot of use with him...I see Lucky being key in some offensive reps O-line...this is a close call....based on how we have never really seemed to have got any sustained cohesion...but save for Wallace and Lofton...these guys have all slugged it out in playoff football and know what it takes We have the kick cover advantage...Sask has the return advantage....but again...If Lucky is 100 percent...and on his game it could also be a wash Our coaching staff trumps the Riders....on many levels.....and hopefully their experience and been there done that...and hopefully learned that....carries us over the top Home crowd...2 weeks prep....record off a bye....biggest game of the yr....I'd be shocked we blow it any team with a Lawler...in a big game has to have the advantage.....plus you also have Demski who shows up come playoffs too...

he's won jackshit his whole career based on direct play from him....don't expect things to change now Plus they have Mueller as OC...who is probably bottom of the barrel in that regard as well...and if we throw some twists or something new at them...can't see him solving it in game We play smart and clean...and adjust as required...we win...we are just better...from top down....and we are at home and have had 2 weeks to prepare...so hopefully this much applauded coaching staff shows why it should be applauded

Hardly the case...and they wouldn't get fired this yr anyway...big games like these..a lot of times it comes down to coaching..adjustments and scheme...and who has team best prepared...and correct roster management too...and based on last 2 cup flops...and a lot of what we seen this yr...we have not done well in much of that...yes I want us to win...do I have faith in the staff to get it done..not so much and really why should I? But if we get out coached and out schemed tho by Corey Mace and his staff....well a lot of things best be getting adressed and we do a good review/assessment of what failed us last 3 yrs What's effed up tho is your manic over reactions a lot of times...and all over the map...my concerns have been a constant...obvious...easily addressed but basically still lingering around here Until proven otherwise... Lost his marbles perhaps

I'm only worried about the coaching and decisions regarding what we do...who we use....and if we actually adjust...adapt....and show anything outside the same ol same ol Player wise...we have the better team...more experience....and we at home....will say it again....our demise if it happens is gonna be related to guys who for most part are not wearing cleats
