Hopefully we ride the right guys on the defensive line with majority of the reps...the players who offer the most..are the most versatile...and allow us to be creative... We do that we will see a huge diff in qb pressures

it's cause he will take whats there....especially when he sprints out and guys thinkhe may run and receivers come free...ZC just focuses down field on 1...to 2 guys...and more times than not throws into double and triple coverage when guys underneath and in intermediate routes are easy plays

RPO will work if they actually use deception and mix it up...RPO with ZC is pointless was more he needed to get a few thigs in order to cross back over border from what I understand....Dude is in tip top shape and can jump right in he will be fine physically....not sure how the narrative of his skills being eroded came about either....and like that matters here..we have 5..6 guys who are way further along in advanced stages of uselessness and they take lion share of reps If anything he will be a target defence's will hve to respect...he knows the league and wherre to go..and where to be to help a team...and for the most part save for a few rookies in due to injury has experience playing with all the offensive weapons

I watched his firstsession here...actually after the Bombers practiced as he hadnt technically signed yet...Had him throw all the throws to Bison recievers...and to targets.....he was just nailing them all...dropping back and throwing on the run like a QB....If they allow him to do that,....he will do very well

thats part of the thing with ZC...he like a sitting duck back there if nobody is immediately open...or things break down...and either throws a pick....fumbles or just takes huge loss on a sack...no threat to run whatsoever, and no ability...or desire to use his legs to get positive yards or extend drives Strev...he can escape...he can make somethig out of nothing, and teams have to respect the run and watch for designed run plays....and if Buck can finally use that, and then pass off of some of them to suck teams in..then we be rocking

if we actually scheme a plan to suit Streveler as a QB with dual threat ability...and NOT try to make him a pocket passer...I think you will see a really good looking offence...even with all these subs....Now put him out with that mindset with Lawler in the mix...whatever current newbie steps up and yes Lucky....we may have something....Toss Eli in at center first to see if that fix's what ails the oline as well and move forward from there. I think even with the addition of Strev right now alone will make the oline seem more capable.... A smart thing I hope Buck has worked in is sets with Smith and BO in backfield together with Strev and some option..RPO..roll-out stuff where any one of the 3 may get the ball...

I'd be fine with a loss...But not due to Strev.....like to see him produce and deserve the better fate....but a loss that just further shines light on whats ailing us, and it's sad it has to come to that thought Another interesting question...what If Srev lights it up..Offence clicks and looks worlds different than it has all yr....even in a loss....but if we win ...Does Osh go right back to ZC for next game...and just stick with him in that game if he keeps struggling...I bet I know the answer to that question

actually...I can factually tell the opposite..Winnipeg is an easy sell for many many Americans. That isnt a detriment whatsoever. Tho I can say of recent, I think some players who are looking to make the next step....and by that I mean in the CFL will/are avoiding here as they see that there is not a real legit opp here in some areas...and we have had talent walk away as well due to this..Brown..Bolo...most recently and if Eli wasn't signed thrue 2025 you can bet he would be eploring elsewhere next yr as well...Likely some Dline guys too will be.

in all reality he should not even be on the roster...stash him on the PR or 6game if they feel the obligation to pay him for a total emergency purpose..Let Schmeck (who I thought was gonna take a step but yet to see it) Hunert or Samson get the lone Canadian lineman reps and see what they can bring and develop them...but nope...we cling to a past his best before date guy and block developing youngtalent....or even assessing them. And really based on ratio and how we deploy guys we don't even need more than 1 Canadian defensive lineman anyway...dressing 3 is just a waste....utilize your Import talent there and add 2 Canadian who can serve better elsewhere...and contribute on ST's

too much weight was put on that...and you have to admit some luck as well...wasn't some insane coaching that got us there...also we were in a divison with some teams in dissaray and were right crappy...they all have improved...strove to improve...we havn't...we have regressed and clinged hard to past success...the prime example of a recipe for disaster...and Osh the head Chef of this tasty meal

MCI needs the reps and experience to grow into the role...he's a legit talent and young and he wont get it on the PR or with basically useless reps in practice....as practices these days are pretty much a joke from what a practice used to be Feltmate..is what he is...A fullback in title only, but no potentail to be anything other than that...thats part of what a lot of our issues stem from...this ascination of rostering guys that serve next to no purpose other than ST duties, and if needed in a game situation...or an extended amount of time due to injury...they just don't have it, and our neglect to develop legit guys compunds it. When we have excess injury issues...we are literally screwed Even with it being poor performance in some areas, or a want/need to shift the deck chairs to try and get the right mix...we don't....is it we can't because the HC doesn't believe the nonesense he say's to the media that they all starters, and are here for a reason, and we like who we have...is it because he has some bias/favoritism to certain players?...Or is it because he is just clueless, and believe's his own B.S and that he doesn't even see the inadequacies? either way you slice it....it needs to be changed....cupboards stocked with actual talent on the roster, and develloping on the PR...AND the PR should almost be constantly in a state of flux until you have dug up the best assortment of guys possible...not carry guys with no shot...some for yrs even...or have guys who legit can help, but have them blocked by the aforementioned dead weight...and guys who serve no future...and some who don't even serve any now....this dead weight needs to be expunged sooner than later and allow us to become better on the fly, and basically just have to augment for next yr...
