"WASHINGTON — Classified war documents detailing secret American and NATO plans for building up the Ukrainian military ahead of a planned offensive against Russian troops were posted this week on social media channels, senior Biden administration officials said. The Pentagon is investigating who may have been behind the leak of the documents, which appeared on Twitter and on Telegram, a platform with more than half a billion users that is widely available in Russia." Mr. Smith might be laying groundwork for conspiracy charges. I think, maybe, conspiracy charge helps prosecution with admissibility. man those creeps must be sh** on themselves right now, specially with Don at the wheel of the bus. edit found this: "Conspiracy is a crime. A criminal conspiracy takes place when one or more people engage in criminal activity. Regardless if they do not commit the crime to its completion. The crime of conspiracy can be charged to people who plan and attempt further steps and bring it into action. In some states, someone can be charged for criminal conspiracy even if the crime never happened. The act of planning the crime itself is a violation of the law. Explanation of this law, however, is a bit complicated and nuanced. Sometimes the law turns ‘just talks’ into enough to be a punishable crime and sometimes it waits till the commission of the crime. Several complexities make this area of law intricate to understand. Similar to criminal solicitation and attempt, conspiracy is an inchoate crime. This particularly means that to attach a liability, criminal activity does not need to be attempted successfully." can you imagine them figuring out who drafted those orders😂 flip" time?

Even though Canadians, Europeans, British, get coverage of America in huge amounts, starting to think it is hard for us to really grasp the extent to which America is an extreme outlier. i.e. their entire system of selection of judges, is just plain crazy. In Canada, this (wisconsin) kind of stuff, just does not happen. Or their Supreme Court fiasco, with a man credibly accused of sexual assault, being seated. it is unfathomable for people from normal countries.

But why are those fundamentalist religious people (all faiths) so easily manipulated by fear? communists, gays, trans, albinos. coming to get you. Only I can save you. send money.

voters as well Some Uvalde families spent their days and nights over the past several months rallying, marching, tweeting, camping out and protesting in the hope that their fellow Texans would hear their cries for gun reform and vote for Democrat Beto O'Rourke for Texas governor. But Tuesday's election showed their actions in their community weren't loud enough: Republican Gov. Greg Abbott garnered more than 60% of the vote in Uvalde County and is projected to win the race and be reelected as governor. American citizens seem to be trapped.
