We need to stop doing these ineffective screen passes and start passing over the middle with short slants to get the passing game going. Hopefully Laine continues his torrid start and the Jets don't get outshot 2-1 . If we can start shoring up some of the defensive lapses and allow Brossoit / Hellebyuck to only stop 30 pucks a game, I think we'll be in good shape for the season. GO JETS GO!

I genuinely like OShea as a coach. His calm demeanor is rubbing off on his players , as indicative of the discipline instilled on this team. However, this is a results driven business. The reality is 1 playoff victory in 6 years, in a 9 team league is awful. So unfortunately the axe will fall on him. Fire Hall and Lapo. We need competent coordinators.

10 quarters now where our offence has done jack ****. The O needs to score TDs to actually win games. This season is a write off as far as I am concerned. May as well audition for next year. The playoff game we've clinched is a mere formality as we'll end up being a doormat to whomever we play.

This game is so maddening.. If our offence shows up for a friggen quarter we likely are leading this game. It's absolutely putrid.

Big blue need a win and need to prove they are a championship team. Hopefully the defensive adjustments actually work and not add fuel to an already blazing tire fire of a secondary we have. Jefferson, Jeffcoat need to be in Fatardo's grill all game and prevent him from using that stupid spin move. A win today goes a long way in securing a home playoff game and one more step closer to clinching the division.

I've mentioned this several times to friends and others on here. Our 2nd and long coverage has been garbage all year. We give up so much and it's been glossed over because of our record. It's pretty much a guarantee that teams will always convert in that situation
