I think a lot of this stems from Burke throwing guys under the bus publicly for much of last season... A buddy of mine was watching pre-season practice and said OShea was really informal with the guys, working like he was part of the group... he worried it might come back to bite him. Seems like it has, too bad I thought it was a good approach. You can tell that Kuale is locker room poison - would take JJ or Hef over him any day. And this new salute or whatever the D is doing really reminds me of 'swaggerville'... and we don't really want swaggerville back. Rooke HC, Rookie GM, Rookie QB... its caught up to us. Bummer.

Except you can't simply claim a player off of a practice roster, that player has to agree to sign with the team attempting to claim him. Adebayo is from Edmonton, and he's played even less than Pall. He hasn't played less than Pall... Edmonton wasn't looking for DL depth when we were - Adebayo would not have said 'no thanks, waiting for someone to get injured in Edmonton...' Well, get your resume ready. Walters should be fired soon. Make sure you mention the Bo Adebayo fiasco and how you would have handled it differently in your interview. No, I just said you were wrong. And you were. Walters is doing fine for a rookie GM.

It was close. If its Ricky Ray, he gets the benefit of the doubt on timecount, just like LOS calls... Willy and Crompton types don't. Just the way it is and way it always has been.

That's hard to say considering he's never played in Dunn's position, but it might be interesting to have him audition there sometime. SAM is a more difficult position in my opinion... I'm sure others will disagree Regardless, I think both Sears and Sherman have better closing speed and hit harder than Dunn.
