What the fk do you guys expect? He's the bombers PR guy... lighten up. We learned that Walters is tending away from an OL with first pick and that Ackie is on the radar.

Holy over-analyzing batman. We have three solid offensive RHD under contract for next season and three stay-at-home LHD under contract. Its all good. Probably heading into next season with three strong lines - something we have never had. Looks like the five year plan to me - if the wheels fall off next season, then we can debate trades, etc... way too early now.

It sure looks like Walters wants Demski but I would be surprised if he actually took him at #2. I don't see Durant falling that far in the first round. He is a top 3 pick imo.

So does he get drafted as a QB? If he's there in the fifth, would be a good pick for the bombers. Thought we would have signed him already... or is that not possible. Still think he's the best Cdn QB in ages.

Just a bad break with the ref... Jets had some lapses, so did the Blackhawks - no team was outclassed here. That last goal was a blown assignment, again a bad break. This is also a team that just dismantled the Montreal Canadiens and Washington Capitals. Those are good teams. Jets are competitive in the toughest division in the league. That spells above average. Any other division and we're in the playoffs easy.

That being said it's just still an average team overall that was riding a hot goalie in Hutch and has been riding a hot goalie the past couple of weeks with Pavelec. **** happens in a game regarding the linesman. We aren't the first team it's happened to and we won't be the last. You need to overcome it. If they were able to build on the lead or score after the game was tied it would have been a non issue. I actually don't think three RHD is a huge deal... if Buff ends up as our third pairing but plays powerplay it kind of evens out. Lots of top teams have six really good D... Shattenkirk and Jackman are Blues third pairing for example.

Clitsome is always injured - waivers and then St Johns Would be a bit of a shame to let Postma walk like Redmond did - but not end of the world.

Still don't see the big deal... you pretty much carry eight D on roster (Harrison, Postma or maybe Pardy). Morrissey in St Johns for a year. Ellerby, Brouillette and Kichton are probably career tweeners.
