I don't expect us to sign a FA DT, Walters said that last year they decided to spend their money on DT in FA and let their scouting team fill the DE position. They've decided to flip that this year and have spent on the DE and are letting the scouting department fill the open DT spot. We've had to spend a lot in free agency the last couple of years because we didn't really have a good core. We now have that core and need to fill a few spots. It's now time for or scouting department to step up and fill those gaps, free agency is not sustainable and too expensive. If we are going to spend in FA, I believe it's going to be on Nat. ST depth.

Jordan, who we've been talking about is a MLB. He has a twin brother Justin, who is an Outside Linebacker and is also apparently pretty good. They are from Winnipeg and are James Reed's sons.

Herdman is a smart cookie too. He apparently has a 3.99 GPA and could go into med school. He's indicated that he wants to give pro football a try.

Lawless tweeted that the Lions still haven't offered a contract to Westerman. If we added Westerman, could we go with 3 NI DL and dress 5 Int. receivers? Hmmmm...

I would be pretty happy if the Bombers left the draft with both Herdman and Gray. But then there's that huge hole we have at National receiver...

Also, last year was Gale's fourth year in the CFL and he was passed on the depth chart by two rookie QBs. He was on the Argos PR when they traded him. Oh and Gale is a whole 6 months younger than Davis.
