Blink was either 1st or second in rushing every year from 02-07 and all on natural talent. If he'd worked at it, I believe he'd be the CFL's all time leading rusher.

I'd pass on Weinke and go with a young guy with upside.

Which global prospects should we be hoping for?

As many are here, I am a huge fan of Sheed but you are correct. He's our 4th receiver and that's a spot that can be filled with a younger, cheaper player with more potential upside.

Bane/Emilus/KSB/Stearns is a solid group but its is no Lawler/Schoen/Demski/Woli. BC with Hatcher/Hollins/Cottoy/McInnes is also better.

As somebody who has followed the CFL for over 30 years, it always seems there is at least one club on thin ice. Calgary does seem to be a huge trouble spot right now as others have stated.

Sceviour is a good OL but Bandy isn't. Of course, Dennis is more short bus rider than Mensa member.
