For me, I say this is up there with 97 and 98. Being blown out at the same rate as 1998. 1999 was bad too, 8 games losing by 25 or more but at least we had Milt and a coach.

You can let Walters handle to expansion draft and possibly try to acquire a QB. Just don't let him hire a coach and then make the GM decision. Or you've had months to decide, interview your candidates starting soon and decide by December 1st.
