Streveler just a-strumming along..

He’s playing like he wants player of the month..two months in a row. If it wasn’t for the bye, he might have gotten it. (Still might)

Streveler’s first run of the game was game-changing worthy, gigantic. But his tackle-breaking 21 yard run in the 2nd quarter was spectacular to watch also. And he’s ours.

Definitely the 1st star of the game was Depth..

As of today, I’d have Bailey in the lineup over Whitehead. Definitely a better receiver.

While Miller and Exumé battle it out for the league lead (each had 1 today) Shane Gauthier racked up 4 today leading a great effort by special teams.

Including a fake pump run. I mean, who does a fake pump run?

And yet they’re madly scrambling, as we speak, in trying to make watermelon headbands.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers defensive lineman Willie Jefferson was fined for a high hit on Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Cody Fajardo. 👁‍🗨 Same play, later on, involving Streveler, wasn’t even penalized. No injuries, no delay in the game pace, and yet, on the Remple injury...nothing. Go figure.

It was no freak accident. Remple’s head bounced because he wasn’t ready to absorb that hit. That alone should have been THE indicator that it was roughing. It was an aggressive hit and injured a player. Duh! What else do you need?
