Any time a team comes off a coach firing I am wary. Jones is a terrible human but also a pretty good DC so that worries me, especially with our offensive struggles.

Sure maybe there are different timelines where he isn't successful but you can say that about anyone and anything. All we know is how it played out here. He didn't just "get" ten years here, he's earned them. There's a reason it's a rare accomplishment.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion and you've made it very, very well known. You're basically spamming the board at this point. He isn't perfect by any means but he's the second-winningest coach in Bomber history and led us out of the worst era we had in a long time. It ain't a fluke. The guy is a really darn good coach.

I remember when we hired O'Shea, thought it was another "same old Bombers" move. He looked like he'd get a HC chance eventually but didn't think he was ready for the opportunity yet. So happy to have been so, so wrong. He has been the best Bomber coach I've ever seen, similarly the most successful Bomber era I've ever seen. Also just a really genuine and good guy, from what we've seen and been told.

In all seriousness I think Rourke is a really good player who will get back to being a good QB in the league. I do however think it's disrespectful to the entire league when people - mostly the media - act like anyone will come in and just dominate from their first snap again.

I for one would like to hear more about the Rourke-Adams relationship. I need Suitor to assure me again that its great. Strong. Best it's ever been. Maybe get Farhan to give me sideline chatter about how the two exchange hugs every fifteen minutes to keep their relationship strong.

Into third place, tie breakers with BC and Calgary. Offense still needs some work but they've improved. Defense looks strong. Just keep on going, week by week. Whole team looking a bit more like we are used to.

There are about ten ref calls a game now that confuse everyone. Even TSN is dancing around it and scared to have an opinion.

Refs gonna ref this one despite a clear fumble. Did you see how they had no urgency or desire to sort that out?

Most promising game this season I think. Everyone on defense should take a bow. Younger has them locked in. DL looked good. Secondary was in tight coverage too. Think Buck intentionally tried to rein in Collaros' love of deep balls and it paid off. Did a good job getting the ball to his playmakers. Lucky is never going to be a stud receiver but he was a needed jolt. An actual speed receiver. Some of our new ones seem like they're going fast but then you see Lucky and there is a difference. Mike Miller and the ST are pretty solid but Sheahan is still a problem.

Idea of putting your backup QB in the game isn't to kill the backup. Gotta protect Strev too here better.

Keeping things to short throws and working their way deep has really helped Zach today
