Overall raw talent. Brady hasn't perfected his style like Harris. But his skillset is there. If he can tap into it every week, there would be little to no drop off from Harris (As we've seen from Bradys 100+ game) And yes there are other intangibles. Brady certainly has some himself.

If it's between Brady and Andrew. I'm probably going with Brady. Obviously he didn't out shine 2 vets last year. But the kid has a very good skill set, speed, power etc. In terms of optics etc, I'm not sure it matters as much as some on here think. It's just how the game is now. If Tom Brady can be moved on from, so can Andrew Harris. As fans we obviously don't get to see the entire picture right away. What if the Bombers can't match what Harris is wanting? But can get Brady....? Is that still bad optics? And when it comes to the culture....well this is Osheas Culture, not Andrews. Now Harris certainly played a role in it. Much Bryant, Bighill, Nichols, Medlock etc. But the only way the culture leaves is if Oshea does. There isn't a single player in that locker room that can change it.

You don't need a microscope to see that Harris wasn't the cog that made the O turn last year. Yes, he was still a main part of the O. And made the O better when he was in. But certainly not THE MAIN cog like he has been in previous years. He did play a major role in the WF, when passing was very difficult.

I think that may have changed last year. Collaros really stepped up and I'm not sure it's Andrews offence anymore. I would like Harris to come back, BUUUUUT I wouldn't want to let Brady go because of it. Tom Brady retirement announcement type of thing going on? Didn't want to be the one to spoil his moment? Saw a video of from the city councilor for Point Douglas supporting the convoy. One of her main points was that EVERYONE should be able to have a choice when it comes to their body. I'm not sure I understand these people anymore...who doesn't have a choice? Are there literal mobs running around and holding others down to be vaxxed? Am I not aware of military forces holding people in custody until they are vaxxed? What am I missing?

This has been interesting to watch. If you compare this protest to similar protests that have been put on by, let's call them, more left leaning groups. The Right and Left have basically flipped sides....as in, the left want the cops to come in to clear them out, call all the protestors vile names etc and for the most part are brushing aside most if not all of the protestors demands/points etc. But when it was BLM or pipeline protests the Left was aware that there would be bad apples present and assured the media etc that it was these "agents" or "bad apples" that were responsible for any damage to property or violence etc. I think it'd be naïve to assume there are no agent provocateurs' present in ottawa right now. I also think it'd be silly to assume that everyone there truly wants the best for Canada and it's people. There's always going to be **** heads when large groups gather. Basically I just find it odd how the two bases (Left and Right) have essentially flipped sides on protestors but don't seem to realize it. They're essentially making the same arguments the other side made just months(or years) ago. But at that time, the other side was just an insane group of (hippies/antifa/rednecks/facists/etc). Something else I've thought about is IF the nazi symbols being used are in fact via agent provocateurs', what does it say that 1)nazi symbols aren't present in typical Left leaning protests. (Why only when it's the right? I think we all know why...but you'd think the organizers would be prepared for this and address it immediately and with aggression.) And 2) I have yet to see/hear anyone from a leadership group of this protest denounce those symbols or people. Maybe it's happened and I just haven't seen it, I don't watch cable news and I haven't seen anything on any SM accounts. I hope that it's happened there and it just didn't make it's way to SM. And I do not accept "ignore those people" as a solution. I've seen a few protestors say this is what they've been told...and I would not accept that as a solution to nazis. I would also warn others here to not take videos/tweets/pictures etc as gospel around this thing. They don't tell the whole story. I know of at least a few video clips that on the surface look/sound very bad...but in reality were tongue and cheek rather than hateful. Saying that, I do believe there is a large amount of information showing this protest to be what most in Canada assume it is.

The issue around COVID (that've I've heard anyway...don't take this as gospel) is that because it spreads so well before symptoms appear...it could become stronger without impacting it's ability to spread.

I get that Reilly is a HOFer etc. But I continue to believe he was one of the main reasons they suffered so much last year. There was very little use of check downs by Reilly. He held on to the ball for far too long a lot of the time. Even while underneath routes where open. I rewatched our beat down of them this weekend and there were plenty of times where Reilly had options to go to, and he just wouldn't pull the trigger....then got sacked or had to rush a throw and it was inaccurate. There were also a good amount of drops. But I think with a different QB that knows to go to the check down early and often or at least doesn't think homerun every time, and having an all star receiver group, that O can produce.

I'm not sure I get the over pay for Carey. What has he done exactly?

Rogers would be nice....as a #3. Guy just doesn't stay healthy. I'm not sure he's ever played a full season before. I'd prefer a younger rec that still has some potential untapped.
