"We had four scripts in development when I arrived in LA last week, but by the time I left we had five," George RR Martin said in a blog post. He's got some name value (for better or worse) and he fights at heavyweight where talent is always scarce. They hope that, given his natural athletic ability, he can develop into something special. I'm not convinced yet, based on what I've seen so far and the favourable match-ups they've given him.

Agreed. And they still haven't shown all their roster yet (at least on Dynamite). They still have a number of very talented workers who have only appeared in dark matches so far.

It's the only thing he can still do somewhat effectively. He certainly didn't do much else in Edmonton. James Neal, on the other hand, is fitting in quite well with his new team. It's still early but the Oilers are definitely winning that trade right now.

When Chamblin was hired Dunk had this to say, so they might also be paying for Trestman as well which would make it even more difficult for them to lure MOS away.
