It shouldn't, which is why those guys are or at least should be the focus for the players. Executives don't fall under the football ops salary cap so unless they also volunteer to take a paycut, I think this proposal is D.O.A.

It's been well documented that most coaches already have taken a cut. The focus, from player responses I've seen, seems to be more on if GM's and Team Presidents are going to take a cut as well.
  3. New Jersey took over that role as soon as they traded for Taylor Hall. I fully expect Buffalo to win the lottery now that he's taken his lottery magnet over there.

Zach Snyder's Justice League is out on Crave. It's a whopping 4 hours long but I powered through it this afternoon. Without going into details, I enjoyed it more than the original but was still a bit disappointed.

Wait until you see the next easing of restrictions that are likely being announced Thursday...

Thanks to expanded eligibility, I'm able to to get my 1st vaccination. Hopefully they get the online booking system up soon because doing it over the phone was not the smoothest process I've ever had!
  7. There's almost no doubt they'll have to. There may not be a cap now but there will be eventually and there's no way they are under. It'll be interesting to see the reaction from the guys they are signing to big deals only to be cut a couple months down the road.

Best I've had here would either be from Ramallah Cafe or Baraka Bakery.
  9. I was way too young to have seen this fight but I had heard of it. A few years ago, Lalonde wrote about his experience and his unsuccessful chase for a legit fight with Hearns. https://ringsidereport.com/?p=49495
  10. They just the one fight and it only lasted 3 rounds but man that was a legendary fight.

As soon as I saw how little the ringside are had been moved back, I knew it was not going to live up to previous matches like this. It was a terrible finish to an otherwise enjoyable match. Not the 1st time this has happened with this time type of match though - the King of the Deathmatch tournament finals with Terry Funk and Cactus Jack had the ring fail to explode at all.
  13. There was some (very subtle) hinting at Dr. Strange in the 2nd credit scene.

  15. I didn't watch the Wire until a few years ago and I always wonder why I hadn't heard about it sooner. It's easily one of my favorites of all-time and it's forever changed how I pronounce the word ****! 😅
  16. Jason Kenney = Ralph Wiggum seems about right although Ralph would make a better premier.

I noticed over the weekend that Pallister's BTT director was in Vegas for a UFC event... that counts as essential travel right? 🙄
  21. 4 back-ups if you account for them having to replace Duvernay-Tardiff all season.

AEW is certainly making things interesting with their ability to create working relationships with other promotions. It started with AAA & the NWA then Impact and now NJPW!
  23. Say what you want about him on the field but off-field Matt Nichols is phenomenal.
  24. Move over Kevin Glenn, you have competition in the most CFL Jerseys contest: Winnipeg, Sask (x2), Edmonton (x2), Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto (x2), and BC (x2). Quite the collection to go with his AFL (x3) and NFL (x2) teams.
