Your untradeables
Let's just pray it's not Toronto... I could live with anybody but Toronto or Philly. Hopefully he goes to a market that appreciates hockey.

Game 65 : Senators @ Jets
God, I hope this isn't the case. Talk about a momentum killer. Pavs is 5-9 in his career vs. Ottawa, with a 3.27 GAA and a .905 SV%. To be fair, he has numbers like that against most of the other teams too...

More problems at IGF?
Absolutely ridiculous how they managed to eff this up so badly.

Klingberg traded
Crosby's never been a FA.

A slagging of rider priders by a Ticat (I think anyway) fan..
Arguably the most embarrassing moment in CFL history was "Rider Nation" winning the Commisioner's Award in 2010.
-
Klingberg traded
He's been our starter from the day the Jets came back until about 2 months ago. That's why people are "pretending" he was a starter.

Bombers add 2 Nationals
Pretty thought provoking stuff...

Klingberg traded
I'm no Pavelec defender but that's not even slightly accurate.

NHL Trade Deadline
Bourque was probably included to balance cap issues for the Ducks.

A slagging of rider priders by a Ticat (I think anyway) fan..
Not really any new thoughts in there. People have been saying this years. He and "anonymous" really wrap themselves in glory in the comments section...

The Wild Card race aka hockey's Final Four
Giordano possibly out for the season. That's not going to help the Flames make the playoffs. I'd like to see them make it, but I don't think they will.

Viva Las Vegas?
Sure their equipment helps. Shooters also have composite sticks now compared to the logs they used to carry. Goalie equipment was out of control for awhile, but they've scaled it back a lot in the past few years.

Viva Las Vegas?
Watching old highlights of goalies falling backwards after slapshots from the top of the circle beat them are pretty funny. Shows how far goaltending has come. Most of today's goalies are big guys too. The days of guys like Darren Pang are over.

NHL Trade Deadline
The Clarkson trade seems like a good deal for both sides. Horton's contract wasn't insured so Columbus was on the hook for the full amount whether he ever plays again or not.

NHL Trade Deadline
I'd love to see them get in ahead of the Bruins. The trade isn't the end of the world for them in turns of giving up too many picks, it's just more than I would have given. It's not like they don't have any youth in their system. Hopefully it works out for them.

What a haul Too much for him at this stage of his career.

You think they keep all of them around? Unless Grigsby got some balls surgically added in the offseason he's not as good as the other two guys. Call me over sensitive but really beginning to think you don't like Grigsby. He gave us high hopes coming outta camp after.cottons injury... Then we realized he can't block, barely catch and is a lightweight when any contact happens... Any dislike is based upon his brutal season with us AND then blaming everyone but himself.. That's just incorrect... catching is one of the things he is good at... I believe there was even discussion around here about how effective is would be in the slot... His blocking was also very good. One of the factors sited by O'Shea for why he kept his job so long.

Flyers equipment guy says there's no truth to the poster story.

Reports Jets add Jiri Tlusty
I like this deal. We have so many good prospects that a 3rd and 5/6 aren't a big deal. I like him as a player more than Bergenheim, and what we paid is a better deal than it took to get Winnik. He's a decent two way player, but is a little soft. Hopefully the intensity of a playoff push will be inspiring to him.

Agreed. It pains me to say this, but I think Grigsby will have a decent season for you guys. He looked good at times for you guys last season.
-
NHL Trade Deadline
Lawless says the Leafs are asking for Burmi & a 2nd for Winnik. I wouldn't even respond. Hang up the phone and walk away.

Darren Cameron's Blog
Delete post: I don't really care anymore. Certainly not enough to invent scouting reports from our asst. GM for drafts held several years ago.

Chiarot out?
Broke something in his fight, I presume...

Around the CFL Offseason Discussion
Just saw a tweet that Tyler Holmes got $225k from the Argos. The Redblacks are paying Ellingson an average of $158k per year.

Evander Kane & Bogo Traded to Buffalo
They've got four regular dmen out with injuries. They don't have much choice.
