Kevin Glenn would sure look good in Blue and Gold right about now. Hamilton is coming on and Collaros is proving to be more effective than Willy. If you legitimately think Collaros is a better QB than Drew Willy, I'm sorry but you have no idea what you are watching. Aside from being more mobile there is not one thing he does better than Willy. When you consider how many second and long situations Willy is faced with on a game by game bases (which gives the opposition essentially free reign to tee off on him) it's amazing he's been able to do what he has up to this point. Willy is more accurate, has a stronger arm, is way better at reading a defence, and his mechanics are far and away better than Collaros could ever hope to have.

Collaros has to be smarter than that. Lucky the fumble was recovered by a teammate.

The Edmonton offensive line looks drunk in the second half.

Sure is. Toronto's system and offensive line did a great job of masking his fundamentals.

Big loss for the Lions. They're at Calgary next week. Hopefully Willy is in good enough condition to give things a go against Hamilton, but I'd be surprised to see it happen.

We got the bad one in week 5. Hopefully he returns next month for the third game.

It's professional sports. Calls are going to go for, and against you. Crazy concept, I know.

Willy pushed it tonight, I believe that was about the 4th time in the game that he decided he was going to take off and gain yards himself. With Solly and Bighill roaming wild that was a poor strategy and everyone had to know the price was going to be paid in blood at some point. The clock was ticking down on the half and no points could have been scored so it was all the more unwise to risk injury. O'Shea or Marcel should have told him to stop with the running and save it for later in the game if needed. Hope to god it wasn't Buck on the other end of the headset advising him what to do! Willy was running because that's what was available to him. You can't tell him not to run if there are yards to be gained. Injuries are a part of the game and they can happen inside or out of the pocket. If you want to be critical of anything, be critical of the fact that given the time left that we simply didn't take the knee and took our chances in the second half - And that's not on Willy.

Not necessarily. Aaron Rodgers broke his collarbone last season and was on the sideline in the second half of the game that it happened without a sling, as well as the remaining weeks after until it was healed.
