I'm not sure why you're splitting hairs about when he was in the Pro Bowl.... is it less of an achievement after his time with us? I could do with a 2022 Regular Season with the '19 finish.....

I've read SOMETHING similar... that Murphy had just had enough of his ego, and tossed him. But it's absolutely possible that the players were in on that decision as well. I think most people believe they won that 88 GC in spite of him, not because of him...

last night I finally got around to the new Road House (it's not gonna change the world, but it was fun...) and The Iron Claw (really powerful.... incredibly sad family legacy). Capped it with a documentary on Netflix about the making of the "We Are The World" song back in the 80s... really interesting story behind that and a neat look at Pop music at that time. Definitely recommend all three...

dude is really well spoken and just seems like a good dude.... during the pandemic, the Bombers re-aired the '19 GC online and had various players doing a "watch along", and Paddy and Jake together were brilliant during the re-broadcast. So much fun... I'd pay folding money to re-watch games with the Bombers in their theatre-style meeting rooms.

I keep reading about knife attacks and what not, but every time the wife and I are home we say "when we move back, we're gonna spend a lot of time at the Common... especially in the summer..." and probably fish around there a fair bit, too, I think.....
