  1. So the Jets will play Stl, Min or Cgy in the 1st round. With the Blues being hot as of late, I'd rather see the Jets play Min or Cgy. Canucks are currently leading the Wild. It would be nice to see them win to keep things interesting with wild card race.
  2. McIntyre seems to think they will easily move the concert date and have the Jets play Saturday since their last game is Weds. He doesn't think teams that play on Thursday would play on Saturday. I disagree as I would think Sportsnet would want Toronto and or Montreal to play on Saturday.
  3. From the Jets: As anticipated, following single-game pre-sales and today’s general on-sale, First Round Winnipeg Jets playoff tickets sold out within minutes. A limited number of seats have been reserved to accommodate those who want to join as new Season Ticket Members for the 2025-26 season. Fans wishing to sign up as a new Member and access these tickets can visit winnipegjets.com/deposit in the coming days. Limited quantities of required league holds will be made available prior to each home game, released leading up to gameday and until puck drop. Fans can sign up to be notified of the release of these standby tickets by texting “Playoffs” to 1-888-6060-JETS (5387).
  4. The Jets have officially announced that all round 1 games are sold out. For people that still want to go to a game (and not pay resale prices), I wouldn't give up hope. I'd continue to periodically check ticketmaster to see if tix become available, especially the day of the game (make it a point to check around 10am and 2pm). If there is still no tix available I would go down to the arena box office a couple of hours before the game. (Buy a tix to the whiteout just in case you cant get game tix). I did this for the 1st 2.0 Jets playoff game. There were about 50 people that were ahead of me in line but I still got tix (albeit it was close to puck drop). I am not sure if the process is the same as it was then however. What they did is give everyone waiting in line a raffle ticket. Then they made a draw and whomsoever number was drawn that person became the front of the line. If they do that and you are with friends the strategic thing to do would be to space yourselves out in the lineup. While waiting in line I would also check the resale prices as those would be going down closer to puck drop.
  5. I have quarter seasons as well. I tried to get tix yesterday starting at 1000 and didn’t get through until 1040. Wasn't many tix showing available for game 1 at that point but I got some.
  6. Jets round 1 tickets sold out quicker than they did last year. With more season ticket members this year it didn't leave too many tickets left today for the general public.
  7. Sadly I don't think he'll get a chance to tie the record. He'll prolly get one of the last 2 games off.
  8. Keep the pedal down boys!
  9. Yeah, for some reason they lost the 1st pick of round 2 (which they received from Calgary for Adams) instead of their own pick.
  10. Miller can be a hard ass to negotiate with but how the hell did he get the soccer league to pick up Valour's expenses?
  11. Looks like they do it weekly and this one is from today.
  12. I normally don't care about power rankings but I can't see how the Jets can be 5th with even the Leafs ahead of them. https://www.cbssports.com/nhl/news/nhl-power-rankings-senators-rise-after-clinching-first-playoff-berth-since-2017/
  13. Fly isn't out there for the warm up. I don't see Miller either.
  14. Olineman that was signed, went to Colts mini-camp last year.
  15. Receiver the Bombers signed today, went to Jets and Giants mini camps last year and tried out out for some UFL teams.
  16. So Jason Aldean is out at Country Thunder and Riley Green is in. @Noeller do you think that's a fair trade?
  17. He's some info on a Dlineman the Bombers signed today. He lead an arena league in sacks last season, was signed to the Renegades and then was cut Mar 21st. Linebacker/DE Dreydon Hall was also signed.
  18. The league office fines any team penalized for a salary cap violation in the form of withheld monthly equity payments. The money is then evenly distributed to the teams that were salary cap compliant the previous year. This year, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Hamilton, and Montreal will receive an additional $158,761 in compensation. https://3downnation.com/2025/03/28/b-c-lions-exceed-cfl-salary-cap-by-almost-350000-lose-first-and-second-round-picks/
  19. The fines for going over the cap get distributed to the teams that were under. As a result, the Bombers will be receiving about 150k. So, even though TO, Sask and Ottawa werent over by alot they still lose out on some cash.
  20. The CFLPA confirmed today that they haven't decided what to do with their share of revenue sharing. Just give everyone roster bonuses. https://3downnation.com/2025/03/27/cfl-salary-cap-increase-not-set-in-stone-cflpa-still-working-through-revenue-share-allocation/
  21. Guns N Roses (with Our Lady Peace) 2017.
  22. Bombers signed cornerback Tay "strange animal" Gowan, he was a 6th round pick by the Cardinals in 21. He bounced around the league and got into 6 games.
