Oh yeah the argos were so ready to play when they lost to calgary... and they've had some close games that should never have been close as well. Honestly the argos remind me an awful lot of the lions last season. Tons of byes early on and everyone had them pegged as THE team to beat, except they didn't make it to the Grey Cup. Said it before and I'll say it again, how you play in the summer doesn't matter for much in the cfl. How you are playing in the fall is what matters.

Is it an excuse to say if they lose it's because the issues that have plagued them a lot of the season showed up? Cause to me they lost because they didn't play well enough to win isn't an excuse... you know like they whole "oh we have nothing to play for, it's preseason in the fall" crap you folks are doing.

Noeller and I gave the sarcastic clap from the stands in calgary when he recorded a stat on trams finally after yet another huge calgary return. Guy might wear a lot of hats, but he is easily replaced at any of those positions.

In case you've missed it, folks here have been talking a lot about the Bombers issues this season. And have been for quite some time. If they lose, it's because they **** the bed again, which has been a common theme too often this season. 1 game vs. The lions and 1 vs. The Bombers... just sad that this is the level of catering the argos get.

Argo fans making excuses well in advance, the whole team sounds like it has the blue flu... pathetic. Not sure how a team running scared from it's only potential regular season challenge is a good thing.

Yeah gray is the guy inahd in mind. He's athletic enough he could run a route if they want the misdirection and he can block better than Jackson. Really Jackson... what would you say you DO here?

If we need a fullback use one of the 7 OL we have on the roster. Otherwise a DE can chase kicks as well (probably better) than Jackson anyway.

Yep Collaros getting his big pay day impacted the Bombers depth tremendously. Anyone thinking kellys big new contract won't impact the argos is only fooling themselves. Especially as it's the cfl and a lot of other guys are going to want raises too as contracts are always expiring. Funny thing about teams that have success, lots of guys deserving of raises on those teams.
