No the pissing and moaning as you call it is trying to send a message that we as fans want better. I hate the current jerseys we have, so much so that I won't buy one, my hope is that enough people follow suit but doesn't appear that is happening. yeah but who are you sending that message too? a bunch of fans on a message board? what's that accomplish, like i said, i love the royal blue jerseys myself, even own one.. it's a kenny ploen one... but the reason it doesn't appear to be happening is probably cuz, well, in the big picture, the 100 people or so who post on this site, unfortunately we don't really matter, if we all picked up a phone though or emailed them or did something other than complain on a fan forum, maybe something would get done. Oh I have no doubts at all that people with the team are aware of what gets said online.

You can rely on a running back to win you some games, but if you can't pass the ball you won't win. Trying to be a running team doesn't work, trying to be a passing team that can't run doesn't work either, you need to be balanced.

can't go anywhere in the world these days without running into bandwagon Rider fans...and if I don't notice them they notice my Bomber hat and have to make an obnoxious comment...in February when I was in Maui I was told almost every day by some ding-dong that Willy sucked and they were glad he was gone...ha ha ha ...Try living out here. Most years, it's quite sickening. As you can imagine, this year has been better. Having said that, yesterday I took heat in the local WalMart for my new Jets hat, hoodie and Bombers tee.....Rider fans, Stamps fans....a horrible combo out here. what the **** to flames fans have to say about the Jets? ******* Flames over achieved in a big way and managed to draft 4th overall... And that was the highlight of the Flames' year. They're going to suck for at least a couple of years- their drafting has been pathetic and their prospects are all mediocre. Well Benett and Monahan are solid prospects, not sure either one has super high end potential but they're solid. They had better hope that Giordano keeps playing like one of the better defensemen in the league though or they will be absolutely ******.

The Bombers though have said they valued Willy higher in the offseason though, I see no reason not to believe them. That's the one aspect you are not taking into account here. It's also why they likely didn't go all in on Collaros initially. But you've of course made up your mind, no amount of logic will change it.

There was smoke about Collaros and Burris to Winnipeg too, bottom line it comes down to who pays the most with FAs.

Easiest answer is they don't make that colour blue. The fact that they have a couple of the retro jerseys out tells me that they do in fact make that colour or a close enough example of it to not matter.

The running game is really under rated. If you can generate a strong rushing attack it makes your quarterbacks job a lot easier. Durant is not having the same success this year as he did last year with a very strong running game backing him up, The Argos running game is a bit unsettled and Ray is not doing as well as usual, without Cornish BLM looks pretty pedestrian, when BC gets Harris going Glenn all of a sudden looks a lot better... You need the ability to run the ball in the CFL in order to get your passing game working because if you're one dimensional it's too easy to defend.

Everyone agrees that the royal blue jerseys are the nicest ones, why in gods name do they refuse to make them the teams full time jersey? **** I hate Reebok designers so much.

Why would Willy choose BC over Winnipeg? In the offseason everyone assumed Lulay would be ready to play and he's still young enough Willy would have seen BC as an unlikely place to get starting reps.

The only wins that count more are the ones that happen in the playoffs, otherwise I don't really care when you win, just win enough to get into the playoffs.

I think there is a very noticeable difference between this year's hot start and 2011's hot start... in 2011 they were winning exclusively because the defense was dominating, this year they are actually getting wins because the offense is contributing in a big way. Generally in the CFL you can get by riding your defense early in the season because every offense is behind. This year I would expect the offense to get better as the year goes on as well so they shouldn't get left behind as other offenses start to improve across the league. If any team should be concerned about doing what the 2011 Bombers did it would be Edmonton because they're doing it almost exactly the same way as the Bombers did back then. Relying on tons of sacks and turnovers, but eventually teams will clean that up. I would expect the Bombers record to sag a bit simply because of a tougher schedule but I don't expect it to drop off the map completely.

They dominated BC from start to finish, after the first 3 series of the game they dominated Ottawa.... I think you are selling this team short in terms of their actual performance. Often times the quality of a team is greater or less than the sum of it's parts. This bunch may not be the sexiest names out there but they're effective so it doesn't really matter.

Yeah he's playing that WR spot that never sees too much action. Kohlert is catching the passes thrown to him and blocking well so not like he's useless.
