Think only OL you'd consider here is Benedet in terms of talent and availability. All the DL on the board.

Nkanu played 90 snaps at Washington State. Basically didn't play at all. Great career at Southern Utah. Not sure athletic enough to be much of a player. Hope BC takes him.

There's going to be a lot more guys who never come north with the roster changes in the NFL and the current CBA here. Think we've already seen that post 2020. Guys are going to take their run at NFL and move on with their lives sitting on half a million USD.

Well he's talking about Jared Wayne who has already spent a full year down south. Small likelihood he ever ends up in the CFL. He's already made more than he will on his first CFL contract. If he can bounce between NFL rosters, PR's etc for 4-5 years he'll make more money than if he had a solid career here for a decade.

Calgary resigned to playing 3 American OL. Probably hoping to start 3 Canadians on D and will be collecting guys to do that...one DB, one LB, one DL. Don't think teams are too hot on this OL class....at least the guys who will be CFL players.

Would be nice if Dumoulin-Duguay dropped down to us. Otherwise I'd like Brubacher or Hergott. Think we can get a receiver in 2nd round. If Mital is there though he'd be hard to pass on.

Well we are going to have a chance to get someone good at 8 since Ottawa and Sask decided to pick guys that both have NFL opportunity and are committed to taking their shot down there.

Ottawa is not a team that can use a 2nd overall pick on a futures guy. Would be surprised if Mardner is up here this year. Riders pick a NFL player 3rd overall hahahaha

Think Ottawa goes OL. They have a bunch of OL signed but they all stink aside from Desjarlais. Need a real talent infusion there. Get the Laval guy who will be your guard Day 1. Dublanko is sitting in Edmonton and the media doesn't even know.

I don't know why the hell the draft doesn't start at 7 eastern. The people who want to watch it will find it. It's not the kind of thing people are randomly going to stop on.

NFL taking all the Globals too. Should make a deal with them where they can loan guys over so they get to play and not sit on PR down there.

Last years draft was not a good one. In terms of receiver/running back we want to start 3 Canadians there and we have 3 starting level players. We need depth there today as well as thinking into next year and beyond. Exact same issue with OL.

Very interested to see Bombers pick. I think aside from Dumoulin-Duguay there's not a lot to pick between the OL who will be available through about Round 3. Nkanu is probably most pro ready but no upside at all. But there's a lot of guys who could be significant players on D and at receiver available. Say with that 3Down mock exercise....if Brubacher is on the board for us in the first round I don't see them passing him over for a guy who probably isn't good enough to dress this year at OL. Could grab a similar level of OL prospect at end of Round 2.
