As soon as I saw the Giraffe in the line up and Hellebuyck not starting I was like ok so this is a throw away game...argh...

what this Seattle game lacked was the Jets having to deal with the one goal usually given to the other team by yet another Stanley brain-fart. Him not in the line up means one less goal per game needs to be scored to win. That being said, Miller looked like a matador waving at Mikey E. blowing by him on that second goal.

He made at least one save with no goal stick that I saw. Pretty amazing save.

Christian played with Dave Babych? On defense? That's not what I remember. I thought he played with Lukowich and DeBlois for sure. Hawerchuk and Maclean were inseparable, and I think Larry Hopkins was the third at that time, as the Jets stuck Hawerchuk with two pluggers lol, and yet Hawerchuk was that good that it didn't matter. I can't even imagine what he would have done with a Kurri or a Messier level guy on his line.
