There are awful human beings out there...
It's all in the matter of your perspective as to what qualifies as a "nut case". I find the uber-sanctimonious Don Lemon on CNN to be a "nut-case" too. I don't think it will be long and something is going to come out about him too. http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/gossip/viewers-speculate-don-lemon-drunk-nye-show-article-1.2482497

So Charlie Rose worked at Fox News? I think what this has exposed for me is that no one at any network is immune to this behavior. I realize that there is a lot of hatred here for Fox News, but they aren't the only network breeding predators.

I've flown WestJet Plus - worth the extra $100 for a longer flight.

How about Arnie? He's not really doing anything right now so he can't really be fired.

Greg Zaun just let go from Sportsnet. Seems like an avalanche of celeb men going down. Who's next? Should we start a pool?

Grey Cup: Calgary vs Toronto
That Kamar Jorden fumble was final payback for the 1971 Leon McQuay fumble. Old-timers here will get the reference.

Game 25: Pallister @ Rocky Mountain High
that's good - given your preoccupation with people dying you had me worried there...

Manitoba Moose
right. I always think you sell when an asset is in high demand, but there's not much behind Hutch so probably not a great idea.

I see a future for Petan in Europe, probably the next time I see him play it will be scoring a goal for Canada in the Spengler Cup. I also don't know what we saw in keeping Dano. Sure would have liked to have been able to grab Cal Foote in the draft.

Game 24: Jets Vs Wild
yeah Buff looked pretty bad on that first goal. Gambled and lost at the blue line. Chairot's definitely not the guy to be out there with Buff, that's for sure. Not sure what was going on with Laine on that second goal, seems to be falling down a lot out there. I also liked how on the 7th goal the Jets didn't really celebrate. That's class. Don Cherry would like to see that.

Game 24: Jets Vs Wild
typical Buff night. My favorite part was the Little goal - Little scores, then before he can really celebrate he turns and sees several Minny players jumping on Ehlers and so just plows into the pile in defense of his team-mate - now that's hockey!!!

Game 24: Jets Vs Wild
Got to get pucks deep! Give 110%! Backs against the wall. Cycle the puck down low and get it to the net!

Game 24: Jets Vs Wild
ok, that kind of clears it up I guess.

not so embarrassing to lose to two such legendary teams....

Manitoba Moose
beauty short-handed goal by Roslo. There's got to be a way to get that guy up in the bigs, he's really looking good out there.

Game 24: Jets Vs Wild
how did Mason get a concussion? Was it on that slap shot to the head from Jannick Hansen? If so I put that a bit on Laine, I don't know what he was doing on that play but he just put the puck right on Hansen's stick.

even sweeter was beating Dieter. I know over the years the hard feelings have mellowed and Dieter is back in the Bomber family but at that time the feelings were still pretty raw and bruised regarding how Dieter left, and the things that he said about Winnipeg. One of my fondest memories of a Bomber game was in 1984 during the season when Dieter came back to Winnipeg and we all chanted "Brock Busters!!" every time the announcer would put on the Ghostbusters theme, usually after yet another Dieter sack by Tyrone Jones. Man those were good days.
