Henoc on his way to Hamilton & Toronto for visit
Sorry, I don't buy that logic. The NFL has already passed on them the first time and in a lot of cases their sham degree from "Southern Pinestick A&M" is not going to lead to many employment opportunities in the real world that pay as well as a job in the CFL.. I can't stand this bias against athletes. Find one guy on our roster that is from a school you've never heard of.

Nick Moore Out 1 -2 Weeks
Our record when Drew Willy and Nick Moore both start/finish a game is 8-1, I think.

Bombers trade for rights of Tajh Boyd
In his interview today he said he's here to put up some good film so he can get back to the NFL. He's got the right attitude, but it's clear what his goal is. No offense here Gbill - but what do you think all the CFL players want to do? Lets see, I can get my head torn off up here for minimum wage, or I can be a backup in the NFL and make 7 to 10 x the money. It's just refreshing to hear someone admit it for once. No one, absolutely no one, grows up in the US and dreams of playing in the CFL one day, and I highly doubt many Canadian kids do either (once they read the age of understanding the power of money). When I was a Canadian kid I dreamt of playing for the Bombers. It didn't work out but CFL football is what inspired me to lift weights, train and develop athletically. I'm sure I'm not the only one. My son plays at SFU & I can tell you unequivocably & without a doubt his dream is to play in the CFL. That has been his dream ever since he started playing at age 9. He watches every CFL game & very few NFL ones. I coached football for 15 years & I don't know of any player that said to me that they wanted to go to the NFL. They all wanted to play for the Stampeders as that was the city they were growing up in. They related to the Stamps players & as a treat every once in awhile a Stampeder player would attend one of our practices & talk to my players. So, think again Kpt Krunch. Lots of kids in this country want to play in the CFL. And then when they get to a level where someone points out that if they're good enough for the CFL, maybe just maybe they're good enough for the NFL, then they want to play in the NFL. "no thanks, I'm good without taking my opportunity to earn millions of dollars", said no one ever.

Trick Shots Chad and Lirim
The bitching was getting stupid. Some here just love to gang up on others for no reason other than they disagree with what others say. Not saying you SPuDs as I like you but even you get carried away sometimes defending things like your failure to understand why fans are a little disgusted with Henoc Muamba & his CFL tour. The video of Liram making these trick shots started out for me as hey, the guy makes all these shots look easy but misses makeable FGs & converts in a game. Maybe practice what needs to be practiced & not spend hours doing trick shots. How is that wrong? Is it an untruth? People got indignant, why I'll never know as the same ones defending him telling me yesterday to lighten up are going to be the same ones calling for his head if he misses a FG or convert & we lose next game. That's the way this place works. Yeah, I absolutely admit I could have picked my battle more smartly & probably chose the wrong hill to die on to make a point but I don't regret doing it. You must be great at parties.

Here's the thing though. EVERYONE dislikes his agent. Hardaway is brutal.

Bombers trade for rights of Tajh Boyd
Sweet. Even better! Wonder why Austin was so eager to move him.. Didnt like hamilton or felt it was a dead end? Eager to move him? Not really. Tajh was eager to play in the CFL and being on Hamilton's negotiation list, they have to offer him a contract. Seen as how they have Collaros, Masoli and Mathews ... not really much room for him, so instead of losing him for nothing, they knew he was highly regarded enough that they could get something for him. Since I have SEEN this a couple times now, I'm obligated to point out "Seeing As How"..... Thanks for helping me, seen as how I would of never noticed myself.

Considering his stats weren't phenomenal in the FXFL, I'm sure he knows he's got work to do.

Henoc Muamba or Matt Nichols?
I think the way your question was given as a "if you were the GM..." is what is the issue. You could get the same answers from people if it was something like "What signing do you think would have more of an impact?" Thanks Mr. Professor...you're so smart! Taking constructive responses from someone and mocking them for it. Man, you really know how to do it all don't you.

You're not wrong, but liken it to the idea of a Petan level prospect after dealing with a bunch of Eric O'Dells.

Bombers trade for rights of Tajh Boyd
It's more likely you're looking at the guy we view as our potential development QB.

Did all receivers wear No.6? That is some player. Sammy Watkins.

BANJO BOWL
Let me preface this by saying I still want Muamba because he makes any team better but ... Simmons, Bass and Hurl are ALL playing well above average.

Henoc Muamba or Matt Nichols?
We don't have a million in cap space and if you don't like the question then don't answer or respond. It's a legit question that Walters may need to consider. None of us know the Bombers true cap situation. If none of us know the true cap situation, why are you writing about it factually in the first sentence of this post?

Only thing might be his role there. Otherwise I fully believe that's where he'll end up.

Open question for MBBers - direction of the franchise
The only freefall I see going on is your attitude. You're spiraling out of control. I'm going to grab some popcorn.

NFL Cuts
No idea why some of you get so caught up on player height and weight. It's all about skill set.

Greaves traded
... that Edmonton had a weak point.

Greaves traded
Bryant Neufeld Picard Chungh Capers? Bryant Longo Picard Chungh Capers? Either way. Seems like a help.

I still think you're right about Picard, to be honest.

Open question for MBBers - direction of the franchise
Under normal circumstances ... no. Under these circumstances? Absolutely.

Pat Tracy Fired
They have allowed at least four if not five. There was one in game 1, the hamilton game here, the TO game, and LDC. I think they also allowed a TD in game 2. Same game. And there wasn't one in week 1. Three.
