It's crazy to think how different the narrative around this team and the legacy of this team will be in a matter of three hours or so. The 80s teams always are immortal giants in my mind as a kid growing up and a win tonight will mean that our team of this last few years has surpassed them, which would be really cool after 29 years of not winning the big game.

We are definitely at the stage in the CFL where it's anybody but the Blue Bombers. That might suggest something. 🙂

I don't care tho what media...rival fans...other team players...pundits say. To me this is a dynasty win or lose....A win would make them an all-time best team in my opinion but a loss still cements it.....In this era of SMS....changes in the game...everything.....this wont be seen again in our lifetimes....if ever.
I come from a playing and coaching back ground...and know how hard it is to just keep teams together....let alone keep winning to get to the Cup...and even keeping the support staff and coaches intact is a major feat. To discount anything cause we dropped a couple of them is just hater's hating

I’m not crying, you’re crying.

My desire to see a win can also be described as unhealthy, that's probably the case for most of us here. This isn't just any championship, it's a once in a generation dynasty run not every sports fan gets to experience. A loss is just not an option
A common theme here and elsewhere seems to be 'it's not just about the sports, it's about the people you enjoy it with' so win or lose I hope everyone takes a moment to appreciate those around you tomorrow (and here online too... I appreciate yall)

Love it man! These really are the best days and all I can do is soak it all in. I lost my grandfather shortly before the 2019 run and we used to watch a lot of games together over the years. I was so sad we couldn’t share that moment together, almost 30 years of watching together without a Bomber Grey Cup win. I’ll never take this journey for granted it’s a one in a life time type of run.
