Booch you might be able to answer this - I saw someone say the risk of soft tissue/ligament injuries is heightened with flag football because the speed of the game would change so much. Is there any truth to that?

Yea he got benched for Dohnte Meyers before he got hurt & then drew back in. Fond memory of a ball hitting him in the face in the endzone vs BC.

Sterns is the very definition of meh. Has some good games, makes some contested catches, but also has trouble tracking deep balls & has stone hands.

I didn’t mind him in Sask, but he takes brutal angles on tackles, shouldn’t be an every down starter. Decent enough in coverage though.

Yea it’s definitely not a stretch to say that the majority of you weren’t huge on Dobson last season. As the 6th OL he seemed like a brawler with a whole lot of nasty to him, I thought he’d be more effective as a starter.

Stevens, in my opinion, was a must for the Riders. Short yardage has been an issue for a long while now, and Stevens is more or less automatic at it. I was curious if we’d bring in he or Streveler.

Rhymes is a high point guy too that can catch those rainbow balls ZC loves to throw.

Building through free agency rarely seems to work, however. Like many have said here, you’re really holding out hope that Tre Ford is legit if you’re an Elks fan.

Hatcher is an interesting case, all the talent in the world, just has the Achilles injury now kind of looming. He’d be a great signing imo.
