His dad would want him to play. Hockey parents sacrifice so much. I remember when my grandfather died, I played the next night and had the game of my life. Not even kidding when I say I felt like I had some help out there that night. If god is a blue bombers fan surely he’s a Jets fan also. Let’s go. Do it for Brad. Would not be a bad thing to see Mark go god mode tonight. 

Why do you assume he won't play? That's a silly assumption. A decision to be made between Mark and his family.
Maybe he plays to honor his dad. I'm 100% sure his dad would approve of Mark playing. We'll find out closer to puck drop. I won't be surprised either way and us as fans will support any decision made.

I hope Mark plays. There's nothing he can change about his father's passing if he doesn't. I also think his Dad would have wanted him to play. Plus he's around his teammates who will support him. I lost my Mother in 1985 & I kept on working right up to the funeral just to keep my mind off my personal issues. If I had stopped working, I'd have gone crazy in my apartment alone. Afterwards, I took a few days off. Once my Mom was buried, I could relax as it was over except the grieving.

Fyi you're not right all the time and your opinion isn't fact. You do have some interesting takes and seem knowledgeable at times.
Hellybuyck has to be better and stop letting in soft goals EVERY game. Nobody expects shutouts, but it's an uphill battle with him in almost every game. He has to better and there's no indication he will. When it's celebrated that the opening shot didn't go past him, there's something obvious wrong no matter who doesn't want to admit it.

Posting this depth chart based on observations from those at camp. I haven't been out there to verify who is playing where.

You can tell when Helle is dialed in and when he's not. He tends to sit way too far back in his net and not be aggressive. In G7 3rd period and into OT, we saw the MOP Helle show up. Through this series he's slowly lost that and gone back into his shell. 

Shots from the high slot have been very challenging for Helle this whole playoffs.

When you outplay Dallas for most of 2 periods but your goaltender allows a softie, that's tough.  No one that I know is expecting shutouts - just that goals like that one shouldn't be going in.  If that happens next game, their chance of winning will go down significantly.  

First goal should have been stopped.

Sounds like at least one of the announcers is cheering for Dallas... After the hit that put Lowry into the bench, he said "hopefully that's a spark for the Dallas bench" or something to that effect.   You'd think the Canadian broadcaster would lean more towards a Canadian team.
