Many CFL refs do this. It's the dumbest thing ever and makes no sense. It's a penalty to hit any player who's giving himself up like Zach did on that play. It has nothing to do with his position, and on top of that, he's so far downfield that even using the term "passer" make no sense at all.

As good as the D has been, we need to step up and keep scoring TDs. VAJ has been able to connect with Mcinnis at will all season.
