Even though I realize this would immediately benefit the Riders, I still think the CFL should revisit the cap on management/coach spending. I think it's ridiculous that the a team, even the Riders (may they rot in h), can't replace all their coaches when the GM/HC walks out. I also think it's unfortunate for Lapo that he's not getting the chance to hear their pitch and make a decision on his own. However, the Riders put themselves into their own terrible position and it's way too late to expect the Bombers to replace their OC. I wish it worked out for Lapo, though, because I really like the guy.

I think they should just hire Benevides. He's a DC and former head coach. It does nothing to solve the dumpster fire offense but who cares. According to the faithful, they were about to win a GC last year but for the Callaros hit. Easy peasy.

The league has some big time issues to solve before it gets into it's next deal, presumably with TSN again, which expires after 2021. I'm not sure why CTV doesn't carry the Grey Cup? I would think they could leverage the better ad buys there and more viewers?

I don't disagree. I preferred Infinity War because of all the narratives they needed to tie together. I thought it was a remarkable feat. I also enjoyed it more with the pace and storytelling. I'm not sure if it's a better movie. I need to sit down and watch Black Panther again to help me determine where it fits. I remember commenting, at the time to my friends, that it was a top 5 all time Marvel movie.

Because it's one of the best pictures of the year? Don't discount it because it's a superhero movie.

Yeah, I don't think he meets the terms. We signed him as a Group 6 UFA and I believe he reverts back to an RFA unless he meets certain conditions (age 27 and 3 qualifying years). I don't think he's met those terms.

I'll mark that on my calendar. In fact, the whole series looks cool. Bailey and Walker vs Villeneuve are the other two that I'm most looking forward to.
