What I like about the rule is that you're going to get better returns. And, a disciplined team, isn't going to get caught. Let's hope our discipline on special teams and our overall play on ST is better this year.- Around The NHL 2021/22
Just to be clear, it was also a cakewalk for the Oilers over the Jets last year too.- Random Jets News
Isn't Munz with Golf Manitoba? He's not a good PBP either.- Around The NHL 2021/22

He's already at almost $12M AAV. Wouldn't be a big stretch.- Around The NHL 2021/22

I really hope not. Bad enough to hear him on the radio.- Canadian Politics
Audit the Bank of Canada? This guy has been in gov't before and doesn't know the BOC is audited each year? He must think Cons are morons and he's probably right.- The Environment Thread
Right, which is why I included the 8%. Which is the total amount of renewable energy we produce.- The Environment Thread
This, in a nutshell, is everything on the "right". It's all about me and screw everyone else. You can't make anything "green" by producing more CO2.- The Environment Thread
8% of energy production is from renewal energy, including hydro electricity. Where do you get 65%? That would be amazing but not happening here. Source: https://www.nrcan.gc.ca/science-and-data/data-and-analysis/energy-data-and-analysis/energy-facts/20061 • Fossil fuels made up 76% of Canada’s TPES in 2019. • Renewable energy sources made up 16.2% of Canada’s TPES in 2019. (TPES = PRODUCTION + IMPORTS - EXPORTS + STOCK CHANGES)- Canadian Politics
I remember Kenney complaining about outside interference in the O&G. As always with the Cons, it's rules thee, not for me.- 2021/22 - CFL Offseason - Non-Back-to-Back Grey Cup Champion Thread
I think these are reasonable changes to the rules. Nothing that can't be undone if they don't work out.- 2021/22 - CFL Offseason - Non-Back-to-Back Grey Cup Champion Thread

That's been open since fall (the first hole). I drive down Osborne several times a week. There are more potholes this spring, including the second, further one, and a few more that show the old street car track.- 2021/22 - CFL Offseason - Non-Back-to-Back Grey Cup Champion Thread
MOCK 2.0: WHO WILL BE SELECTED? By: Marshall Ferguson https://www.cfl.ca/2022/04/26/mock-2-0-who-will-be-selected/ 9. WINNIPEG ZACK PELEHOS OL | OTTAWA From Regional Combine to first rounder? The path is rare, but Pelehos showed he’s got the right makeup as the Bombers test their eye for lineman talent in an effort to replace former first round pick Drew Desjarlais, who signed with the New England Patriots this off-season.- 2021/22 - CFL Offseason - Non-Back-to-Back Grey Cup Champion Thread
Ticket prices are not that expensive compared to similar products out there. Sure, if you want to sit down low behind the Bombers, it will cost you, but not so much as you get further out.- Elon Musk to buy Twitter

Will only two preseason games and all the evaluation that needs to be done in those two games, I don't think it would work. Yes, I don't think the NFL is more exciting than the CFL, just more exciting than NFL games 10 years ago.- 2021/22 - CFL Offseason - Non-Back-to-Back Grey Cup Champion Thread
NFL has been a far more entertaining product over the past 10 years. Part of that is due to the protection they provide for QBs coupled with the explosion of talented,, hybrid QBs, who can move and create different things. The CFL may need an offensive revolution too. I just don't think you get that by slowing the game down to 4 downs. - 2022 Off Season - Back 2 Back Champs Edition
