I think he is a good LB for what he does (play in the box). Definitely not a sideline to sideline or drop into coverage guy (Like Biggie). I think Lanier here as a DT would be a nice add.

It is a lot easier to score points and control field position when you are starting drives around midfield.

Grant is a borderline “must have”. He may not be an every down player - but he is a game changer. People discount elite returners until you don’t have one. They aren’t that easy to find.

Debatable and awful and having faith regularly coexist in the same person. Anyway - he quit on his team in my opinion, but as mentioned earlier he really paid the price more than anyone. So if the team is not only comfortable with him coming back, but having him commit to 3 years- he deserves a second chance. I won’t hold a grudge.
