Much like our offense doesn't scare anyone. We've got some.receivers who are showing they can be gamers, but the sweep and dump pass are the bread and butter. Take away the sweeps, and Nichols is barely over 120 on the night.

Can't find much info, but it looks like that loan was to be paid back to the bank by end of 2016. I thought the loan was worth more, but the 2013 article I found said it was only 10M with CIBC, and that loan would be paid prior to payments to the province would be.

As hard as I've been on Nichols the last year, he does seem to find a way to bring it against his former squad. Here's hoping he can scrounge something together today and get a W.. a W today changes the complexion moving forward!

Was there not an additional loan taken out (the one the Bombers have actually been making their payments on)?? The debt to the province (Triple B Stadium) may be forgiven, but the additional loan taken out with the bank certainly won't be.

one has to wonder if maybe this is writing on the wall that Triple B is not going to win their lawsuit with the architect & contractor, and all of the extra costs they've had to put into repairs the last couple years are going to fall back on them. I've always sensed this was going to be the outcome based on how I heard things were carried out during the project!
