    Yep Collaros getting his big pay day impacted the Bombers depth tremendously. Anyone thinking kellys big new contract won't impact the argos is only fooling themselves. Especially as it's the cfl and a lot of other guys are going to want raises too as contracts are always expiring. Funny thing about teams that have success, lots of guys deserving of raises on those teams.

    It's painful watching young QBs who can't read defenses.... I still believe in Ford but when he's contained form running, he's useless right now. He has a lot to learn.

    Well, there is a little silver lining in the fact that we won't be playing any **** teams in the playoffs... these sub .300 teams just seem to have our number.

    Obviously I'd like us to win out the season but I like our chances no matter where we play. Just use and execute the blue print we use when we drop fifty plus and give little, we'll be fine.

    Honestly think we might need to win out to win a Cup.... we NEED to be hosting the WF. Don't trust us on the road, in the cold weather. Though on the road in the comfy confines of BC Place might not be the worst thing...

    Argos will almost certainly lose Muamba to retirement, and will definitely lose Harris. Add in a couple of other older guys who might leave (such as Bladek) and the gap between what they are paying QBs this year and will pay them next year gets pretty slim. I don't see them having to cut anyone they really want to keep.

    I'm glad we've locked up a home playoff game at least. Still hoping it's the west final. The last couple years' home playoff games have been such incredible experiences. We've been getting spoiled with 3 straight home playoff games but don't forget prior to 2021 our last home playoff game was in 2011 (the Chris Garrett game). A full decade between games and now we get 3 in a row. You just can't beat playoff football at home in the hostile cold.

    It's come down to the last 4 games and 1 pivotal game in BC. In the other 3 games one team (WPG or BC) would have to outpace the other by 2 wins which isn't super likely. It's more likely that the 1 game is going to decide who hosts the western final.

    A stable, competitive ALs franchise is really big for the cfl. If they can finally sort out the stadium that’d be fantastic but it’s been an issue for soo long I’m not holding my breath.

    Argos may have trouble this year, but wait till 2024 when they pay their QB 600k. TSN was talking about vets being cut to enable the huge increase in his salary.
