there was a good quote from Walker in Tait's last piece "Upon Further Review..." where he talked about "getting it" now. It took awhile for the game to slow down for him, but he's in a good place now. I'd love nothing more than for him to be an impactful guy every game... a poor man's Nevis/Stove...

He's the most useless HC in the league and it's not even close....and is the rider OC even a legit qualified pro level OC? I know nobody wanted their job...and he's just a career CIS guy for most part no? And is it just me or do BC players act like jag offs after every play?

Patience with Walker Jr seems to be paying off as I like what he has done the last couple of games, getting another inside guy to push the pocket would really benefit this line.

They are down by two scores and yet when the play was whistled in Fine is listening for a play call in his helmet. They had a tv timeout and the review to get a play ready and wasted over 15 seconds getting the play called and snapped. They then ran 2 plays and hit the 3 minute warning. 1 minute and 30 seconds after a timeout on 3 plays down by 2 scores. They seem to have no situational planning done before the game and it’s amateur hour. They need to go."

I think Ricky Walker is slowly becoming an impact player in the middle and I like his ability to play different fronts for us, but as a whole I think we need to introduce additional players into the rotation to keep everyone fresh as we get deeper into the season.

The Lions sure are a cocky bunch for a team that hasn't won anything yet?? I found myself pulling for the Riders which is like inhaling ammonia in a plastic bag. Killam wouldn't last very long as a HC. At least, I don't think he would. All he's known is the Stampeder Way of doing things for nearly 20 years. He's only coached under Huff & Dickenson. Every team has a different culture & maybe the way the Stamps are doing things now isn't as good as it used to be.

Walker isn’t bad rotating at the end as well. Tbh I’d rather get a proper nose, and give Lawson heavy reps with very limited action for Thomas than fix the edge. Hansen and Habba will be good to go. I’d be fine with maruo rotating at the edge in the mean time too. The problems on the dl are bennett, Thomas and not having a nose. We could also make do more with out the nose with stunts and stealing out side gaps with a tite front using 4i, even just better executed fill and fold from our gap cancelling lbers/dbs. Soo often we have guys for gaps and they get washed out or take them self out of the play. They know the gap but don’t read it or execute exchanges worth a damn. I don’t think if this more more on Paterson, jy or Stanley as positional coaches, but over all after this long Hall should be fixing it. Tackling, contain, tackling angles, and gap play with in our scheme have been getting worse and worse. And this is all down to coaching.

Dickenson is a major liability at this point. He’s had more than enough opportunities to figure his crap out, and he hasn’t.
