Ballsy.... you can wish in one hand and crap in the other and see which one gets filled first... what a moron.
  6. Guarantee this team to a man thinks and feels this way. Seriously would not be surprised (but very happy) to see our guys rip the league a new one next season. Go Blue!
  7. And the Cody Fajardo we're really really really sorry apology tour begins.
  8. Awesome read. Drew Wolitarsky is true blue through and through. What a beauty.

This is peak grifting. Trump NFTs. Chef's kiss! I'll pay with bitcoin that Little PP told me to buy.
  10. That kind of statement reeks of them just preparing the fans now, trying to soften the blow when they inevitably are stuck with him when no legit QB's want to sign there.

There were plenty of NDP votes coming out of Gimli, Winnipeg Beach et. al. when Peter Bjornson had the Gimli riding I used to live in that riding but I'm in Selkirk after the redraw Bjornson used to win by several thousand votes (his last election might have been around 1000), he never lost until he retired from politics

First time I heard this. Elections Manitoba said next year’s election, to be held on or before Oct. 3, will be the first provincial election to use electronic voting machines similar to the ones used for several years by the City of Winnipeg during municipal elections.

Interlake, Gimli, Selkirk, Brandon - any of those will be in play for the NDP. The have a long history of being swing ridings. And of course, the North is a given. Especially Selkirk and Gimli. They are former NDP strongholds.
  19. Was the full quote supposed to be "New Riders’ OC Kelly Jeffrey believes Saskatchewan could ‘win a Grey Cup’ with Cody Fajardo at quarterback for another team"?
  20. 3 points
I believe too! I really do.
  21. Because we haven't said it in awhile, **** the Argos and MLSE so ******* much...
  22. that's a really great point and is a big deal for me. We were dogshit for so long... as far as I'm concerned, every other team can eat a bag of dicks for a good long time, while we sit on the top of the mountain drinking the good water.

Interlake - Gimli is the same riding now. The old Gimli riding had a long history of swinging back and forth, it was not just Bjornson's popularity. We will see what happens

The day he came down the escalator should have been vindication enough but yup can't squirm out of this with the default goto 'what about everyone's bad' drivel.
  25. 2 points
In a wild turn of events, the headline is LESS inflammatory than the actual quote, which states that they "WOULD win a Grey Cup [with CoFaj at QB]", not could.

I honestly had to hunt around to make sure this was real. The world is now “The Onion” come to life. At least it amuses me. Check out his ad. He can’t even do a two minute commercial on script, and his stream of consciousness bleeds in every few words. Play with sound on.

Brings back the nightmare of when he was president. See a news item. Not sure if it is real or a parody Go look it up Turns out it is real Not sure if I should be surprised or not BTW: For anyone who was interested in buying one for the cheap prices of $99. You don't even get a card. You are buying a "digital card".
  31. I too believe Cody could win a Grey Cup with an OL of Walby, Bryant, Chiu, Flory and Black, a receiving core of Stegall, Pitts, Simon, Cahoon and Lewis and Charles Roberts at RB. With a Defence of Brown, Lareunt, Jefferson, Hughes, Bighill, Elimimian, Muamba, Hill, Browne etc.

The Liberal Party doesn't have the same funds or party apparatus as the other two parties so JCon's point about being able to focus on one race versus 57 is legit. Southern Manitoba will vote PC no question but I think other ridings outside Winnipeg are in play. Winnipeg decides it and if polling holds, the PCs are going to do poorly in Winnipeg. Terrible numbers in Winnipeg and woman voters especially dislike them.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Trump's possible re-election campaign, The money will go his private funds along wit the $164 million he has already raised.

I thought it was reported that he was playing with a nagging injury throughout the season and the Grey Cup?
  47. 1 point
Rose was just fine, he was hurt early in the season but was quite good down the stretch. Sure he gets beat deep occasionally but he’s an agressive DB it’s going to happen, especially when you’re covering the best receivers. As soon as Alexander was back our secondary was just different.

Yea but what about (insert deflection). It's all a cesspool of grossness no matter where you look. There are very bad people in this world other than this creature but he, controlling for talking about others, specifically needs to be held accountable for his illegal behaviours. The saying 'Full Stop' to end the above sentence would be appropriate here.
