To put a slightly different slant on this debate about the costs of a dental and pharmacare program, a couple-three decades ago, when the idea was first broached, I saw a pretty credible report that examined the pluses and minuses of these. It was proposed that these were actually "upstream" programs with the likelihood of actually saving money in healthcare costs when fully implemented. Untreated dental carries can affect or create a lot of health problems, like heart disease and GI concerns. Moreover, some HMOs in the US actually provide prescription drugs to their subscribers for free as their own studies showed that early dispensing of these prevented more severe and therefore more costly medical interventions later.

Provinces not been spending their CHTs, which is why this gov't put a stop to it. And. I need to add that the previous gov't slowed the transfer increases from 6% growth to 3% to match what the provinces were actually spending.

Plus the continue special teams issues, particularly on the PK. The Jets' identity as a 200 ft. team, save for the 2017-18 season, has been mostly non-existent since Hellebuyck assumed the role of starting netminder. He's fared considerably well, though. Imagine if the organization decided to address those glaring issues, instead of maintaining the status quo with a shoddy system and inept coaching.

I swear most of this talk, the XFL and 4 downs comes from the fact that the media in Toronto , and Toronto in general feel like they are to big for the CFL. Absolutely, bang on... and lets try the concept of talking No Change for a few years. The real problem is Toronto, perhaps changing things there would help, starting with the thinking. The entire group needs to be brought down to earth in that area. I get it and why the feelings: shortly, the NHL playoffs will start, the Leafs will make a quick exit and all will be back to normal (Leaf nation will be jumping of the CN Tower). Then, TSN will have full blown 24/7 coverage of the Leaf failures until puck drop for next season, baseball will be on until the Jays last pitch, plus we get a sprinkling of Raptors. Same old, same old...talk about needing change.. Other then the poor attendance last year, the CFL Toronto based team wasn't that bad. Give me 3 down football as it is today. Dare I say it, even watching a Rider game, has its good points!!!

You need to make some changes this off season tho and I think it starts with entire coaching staff and one or both of 55 or 26... some of this needs to be on the on the players too. 55 looks like he could care less most games. Blake tries but he's getting older and comes across pissy in interviews. I dunno. I think 1 or 2 big changes in the off season are inevitable.
