Our cabin is off the grid and you used to have to take a train and now have a private 13 km long road with 6 locked gates to get through before you get to a parking lot and then walk around to get your boat to come get your stuff. We have alot of solar panels now, cell phone booster, etc. Which makes it more like a house then roughing it as a cottage when i was younger. All my siblings are huge readers and are unplugged and reading or doing things outside. While i also spend a lot of time outside, because of my ADHD, it very challenging to read a book. My mind wanders, and i can read 20 pages and have no clue what i read at all and have to go over it again and hope my mind doesnt wonder. But i can hyper focus on the things i'm really intested in like MBB, News, Reddit, or IT. If i took my Meds, i could read etc but the side affects are hard on my wife and kids when i come off them or when i'm super focus and get annoyed at the distractions. Anyhow, the bombers are one of few things i really enjoy in life and can focus with out issues and watching it more enjoyable. It might also have to do with the fact that i don't really hear words sung in songs either. I can hear a song 100s of times and be hard pressed to sing more then 10% of it. Which is why i listen to mainly EDM/trance/techno. I've shared too much.. But i want to feel closer with you and my QBs.

The silver lining of Neufeld's long absence has been 3 young Natl. O-linemen fast tracking their careers with plenty of valuable game reps. they would not normally have received. This has provided the coaching staff with an abundance of game film which will help them make difficult roster decisions during the off-season which could determine the composition of the O-line for the next 3-4 years. I think they now have the confidence to move on without Paddy.

I was following his progress in Philly & every NFL writer covering the team said he was in tough down the depth chart. The Eagles are deep at linebacker but that performance should have nailed him a spot on the roster. Marken Michel also had a 75 yard TD pass the first exhibition game. And he was waived. Don't let anyone tell you this wasn't politics or favouritism by the coaches. They already made their decision before the game. There is a lot of anti CFL bias in the NFL. I can see him refusing a PR spot as Singleton can come back to Calgary & get paid more than being on the PR.

Not a big Michel guy. He’s fine but he’s pretty clearly not much more than a deep threat. He doesn’t improve this offence much. Zylstra is the guy that really transforms this offence. Put him in Whitehead’s spot and bring Lucky in for the odd gadget play.

Singleton is luckier than most. He has options that aren't at the whim of an NFL GM. He could go back to Calgary & sign for a minimum $250,000. Maybe not NFL money but if he plays a decade he's set for life.

An old man walks into a pub in Scottland, his feet shuffling, his back bent. He drags himself onto a stool and orders a beer. Placing the full glass in front of him, the bartender inquires upon his sad face. The man answers with a smoky and trembling voice and a Scottish accent: Ah, tell ya man! This pub, this very pub we're just sitting in. I built it, with me own hands! But do they call me the Pubmaker? Naa! See the wall over there, that protects our town? I built it, with me own hands! But do they call me the Wallmaker? And the bridge, you know, that crosses our river, I built it, with me own hands! But do they call me the Bridgemaker? But I tell ya, man! YOU F*** ONE GOAT!

I don't know that that's necessarily true.... I've been a vocal critic of Streveler as a passer but last year vs Mtl, he lit em up through the air. He CAN do it and we've got guys that can get open if there's a lot of man coverage...

Alright just to play devil's advocate here... couldn't they get around this rule by just listing Streveler at another position? List him at RB, then have him take snaps (no different than a direct snap to Harris, which sometimes is run)?

Williams takes Harris' spot, Adams for Matthews. Need 21 NI's on roster. Crazy to me they don't dress the 3rd QB. What's the harm? If they lose both QB's at least they have someone to put out there.

That is an extremely thin offense. They have Grant too as a receiver, but they are basically a couple injuries away from having some very interesting decisions in terms of who does what. Could even see some guys from D go both ways.

anybody read Jeff Hecht's comments about it in Tait's piece yesterday. He doesn't come right out and say it, but strongly implies that he doesn't believe Harris, but is willing to let him admit his mistake and move on. Says he's a team first guy, if nothing else, and will always support a teammate vs a player from someone else's team that gets busted. It was interesting...
