Andersen was terrific

I like the way Michael Spacek has come along this season. He is a really promising prospect, IMO.

I attended a few street parties during the Canucks run in 2011, and the cops were really trying hard to be nice to everyone, and all in all everyone co-operated and had a great time on the streets. One of my favorites were the Sikh drummers, they were amazing! That's why it was such a shame when those few idiots ruined the whole thing and started that riot after game 7 in the final round. I was glad I wasn't there for that hot mess. I really hope that never happens in Winnipeg, or anywhere in Canada ever again.

Really, really hard to say if we will be better or worse. The safe bet is...about the same. I get a kick out of Rod Peterson (Regina 620 radio). He says the Bombers finish 5th in west. Personally, I dare not predict 1 thru 4 in west because the teams look so close. Peterson does have a point, though, when he says he is not sold on our defense. If the Bombers can improve their defense this team could compete for 1st. The offense will be good. But will the defense?

Go Avs! Watched the game. Thought they were dead when the Preds kicked the puck into the net but no. NHL loves the Preds. They get away with everything. Punch to head, kicking the goalies stick away, etc.

Nice work everyone, especially TrueBlue.

Did we switch dimensions... did black holes collide... the bombers are making $$ and the Jets are in the playoffs... its too much for me.
