Wonder how much Cotton was being paid? Wonder if he wanted out because he knew he wouldn't get many touches?

No surprises. Our DI RB needs to be a RB/Returner and we weren't going to give a starting salary to a back RB. Everyone's been waiting for Peach to be cut for a while now.

Peach is only about a year and a half overdue.

Damn, I loved Cotton.

Maybe Cotton, but Peach was a stop gap when Mack was fired.  I doubt he finds another place to land

The cupboard is bare behind Harris, can't rely on one RB.  Hope they can get Marshall back,

Again both being released is not a big surprise , Peach was non existent last year and Cottons play until he got injured was so-so.

I actually saw on FB "Cotton was useless, but I'm ticked about dumping Peach..."  I had no words to even begin to answer this...

Isn't that the reason we signed Lohcard in fa...Nice looking back with potential and Harris' back-up in leo land..???

Lochard has been in the league for 2 years and touched the ball 3 times.  I don't think so.

Granted we could have more experience but according to leo fans this guy has all the tools..We took him in fa for a reason and I don't think that was to sit on the bench

Too bad about Cotton, he tried..it wasn't to be. Too bad about Peach also. If his talent matched his work ethic, he would have benefited from the D-Line additions. Exciting times for the Big Blue ahead.

Probably because he's been backing up Harris the last two years.

To be fair it would have been pretty hard for him to have touches when Harris has very rarely missed a game.

Rainey got a fair number of touches last year, so there was opportunity.

I'm sure an international running back will be on the roster but like others have said... he's gonna have to be a returner also. If you look at who they have brought in this off season as int rb... they are also return men 

RB's are dime a dozen,  even if Harris gets hurt it shouldn't be hard to find someone instantly.
