Yeah, you gotta think the price went up to take years off. My initial reaction is I can live with this deal.

That's where I'm at too. It's not like they're in cap trouble. If you're gonna get a deal done, pay him a higher AAV and get the term shorter. I don't trust a Buff anywhere near 40...

When it's a fit, it's a fit. Buff loves what Manitoba has to offer..and vice versa. He's a character player, Winnipeg deserves him. The term is just right. Buffuglien must feel comfortable now that he knows Ehlers has his back.

Hmmmm $7.6 is a big number.  But probably will look even better in about two years.  But yes, 5 year deal is great and if it cost a few bucks, so be it.  $38m as a total is a very good number. 

Is there any left for Ladd?
