This is the first it has ever been said and Lawless has said he never heard of those rumblings.

January 10, 20169 yr Author comment_177755 I'm not sure they outplayed them. Ya they out shot them but 40 of them were weak shots with no traffic at all aka easy saves. Jets didn't really have many what I'd call high percentage scoring chances and buffalo took over in the 3rd.

Outside of Wheeler who is more of a set up guy than goal scorer... they just don't have the talent right now
