They can have him. The guy is washed up.

I disagree with "washed up".... but his best days are definitely behind him... however, because of that, I agree with "they can have him"...

We all know it happens, but FINALLY some confirmation. Ed Hervey was fined by the CFL for his comments on tampering in the league.

Hervey said: “As far as this league, we know that tampering does happen. It does. We do it. Everyone does it. It’s just a part of the CFL.

Montreal makes the most for Harris, I dont see them hitching the wagon to Glenn, their QB situation is pretty shaky.

BC might be interested, let Johnson develop even more and let Lulay go.

Sask might be interested given that Durant is coming off a bad injury but would they seem to love the guy so would Harris be happy making a lateral move to be a backup again?

Toronto wouldn't be a bad place for Harris to re-sign. Ray's gonna miss half the season anyways.

Will be interesting to see if Ottawa stands pat or goes after someone like Harris.

Does Ottawa have money to go after big free agents? They have some big names of their own on that free agent list and presumably they're going to be getting some raises after this season...

Everyone has money to spend. Just have to make corresponding moves. They have guys like Mo Price, Jovon, Shologan, Gott who are getting paid a lot more than they are worth and could easily be moved on from.

Dan LeFevour

Jonathan Crompton

Kevin Glenn

Raheem Cato

Anthony Boone

Tajh Boyd

Brandon Bridge

Tanner Marsh

Trevor Harris come on down! Matt Nichols come on down. Thomas DeMarco come on down. Mitchell Gale.., Jeremaih Masoli...Keith Price...Travis Lulay...

Montreal beckons. They want them all!!

Harris is the only one of that bunch that would give them a bona fide number one starter.

Shologan and Gott are coming off the best seasons of their career.  Why would Ottawa get rid of two starting Canadians, lol, that's a Bomber move.

The one thing about sucking as a team, your FA list doesn't seem that great and thus you don't sweat losing anything irreplaceable. On a side note, I notice "The Factor" from the Stamps is available, get on it Walters ...  ;)

Or... you can say that Walters has good handle of managing the SMS.

That depends on whether or not he has room for a few big signings. If he can only handle buying the Wal-Mart players he hasn't managed it well. We shall see.

Because they have NI DL who can play coming out the wazoo and Alex Mateas.  They don't have any quarterbacks who look like they can play beyond a guy who's on borrowed time.

Being complacent with an aging 2nd place team is also a Bomber move.  Remember 2008?

Gott possibly... but you'd have to be crazy to let Shologan walk

Sounds like someone's a little upset about Jones and co. leaving for Sask.

From what I've seen here in Edmonton, my guess he's upset at how it was done but not too upset Jones is gone.

It never seemed they had a great relationship. In fact. I'm not sure Jones has a good relationship with anyone except with himself.

Yes that's my anti schmoes coming out.
