December 4, 20159 yr comment_172811 I'm excited, who cares that other teams are already improving their coaching staff for the upcoming year, we've signed another long haired National LB, and Pop-a-what-ya-may-call-it I agree. I can't believe that people aren't jumping at the chance to sign a contract to be an OC and take themselves out of the running when there's a HC job out there.

CFL coaching carousel is the perfect analogy.
