October 23, 20159 yr comment_163060 only watched the first few minutes but seems like there's some good fundamental coaching techniques in there... good that it's being taught to NFLers but this is obviously stuff that should be implemented at the grass roots level... I've long maintained that NFL and CFL players could learn a lot about good tackling techniques from rugby players....

Pretty scary seeing young players get concussions from improper tackling technique.
