What a difference not being in the penalty box makes for the Jets. 4 lines and lots of skating. Ehlers looks mighty fine tonight.

I wonder if Glass was told to get under Scheifele's skin?

Myers is having a good game so far as well.

Love the Jets second goal, short-handed after two mistakes by the refs on two, separate non-penalty penalties called against the Jets.

With those bad calls, you'd think the Bombers were playing or something.

The game was reffed better when there was one referee not enough competent ones anymore.

It's hard to understand the officiating. Terrible is one thing, but it's so one sided too.

6 out of 8 points is VERY good. Way to go Jets!!!!!!!!!!

If anybody was wondering about Ehlers, wonder no more the kid is good

Playing Copp 5 minutes a game isn't doing him any favors.

Again he's not on the pp or pk so when there's lots of penalties to either teams his minutes will be a lot less

He'd be better off getting more time in the AHL than 5 minutes in the NHL.

Most games are going to have lot of penalties ESPECIALLY they way they are calling phanthom penalties this year.

As of now, in the 6 games that are finished today, there were 42 penalties called!

They do have lots of options at centre so you may be right for his development.

This was a massive win vs a VERY good opponent. But NJ/Bos are two of the worst teams in the league. Still, the boys have looked solid to start, especially if they can stay outta the box...

I won't say anything against the officiating. 

 

 

You just play the teams the schedule says you do.3-1 after a 4 game road trip with 2 back to backs is very good. NJ and Boston aren't good... they are probably Oilers bad.

You could probably say 2 + 2 = 4 out there and get the same reaction (kidding)

I took him late round too.  But no one in my pool was surprised.  Missed out on Scheif who went earlier than I thought.
